Many people have asked about it, and I hesitated for a while about whether I should try it. But I'm doing it for you. It might not be perfect, but it's the thought that counts.

Drew was fiddling with a new camera when Lilian came into the kitchen looking a little nervous.

"Drew," said Lilian to get his attention.

"Yeah?" Drew asked, looking at his camera.

""I have something to tell you," answered Lilian.

Drew looked away from his new camera and glanced at his wife, noticing the worried tone of her voice.

"Honey. What's wrong? Are you okay?" Drew asked as he stood up and walked towards her. He placed his hands on her shoulders and bent down slightly to her level so he could look Lilian in the eyes.

Lilian took a deep breath before saying, "I know we didn't really want this, but apparently fate wanted it this way, and somehow I want it too now."

Drew looked at his wife, confused. "What do you mean?"

"Drew, I'm pregnant" Lilian said it out loud and Drew froze.

"Really?" Drew asked, and Lilian nodded, a smile slowly creeping onto her face.

"We're going to be parents?" he asked, and excitement spread through him.

"Yes Drew. We're going to be parents!" answers Lilian.

Drew took his wife's face in his hands and gave her a big kiss before pulling her into a tight hug. "Oh my God!"

He placed a hand on her belly where the baby was growing. "I know it wasn't planned, but this is the most wonderful news you could have given me."

Lilian laughed joyfully with him. She placed her hand on his, which was on her stomach, and said, "We have to tell my parents right away."

"Let's go," Drew nodded excitedly and ran off to get his keys.

Lorraine and Ed were sitting in their living room. Ed was sitting on the sofa reading the newspaper while Lorraine sat beside him drinking her tea when the doorbell rang. They looked at each other before Lorraine got up and went to open the front door.

When she opened the door, she saw Lilian and Drew standing there smiling.

"Hey, what are you doing here?" Lorraine asked, letting the two of them in.

"We have something to tell you!" Answered Lilian her Mother.

Together they went into the living room. Lorraine sat down next to Ed again, and Ed looked at them both in surprise.

"Mom, Dad.We have something to tell you," Lilian began, and Lorraine slowly felt what it might be about and became increasingly excited.

"Go on" said Ed.

"We're having a Baby" Lilian said, and Lorraine jumped up joyfully. "My vision is coming true!"

Ed froze for a moment before standing up to congratulate Drew, as Lorraine was hugging Lilian.

"Congratulations," Ed told him And jokingly said, "Now you've completely ruined my little girl."

Drew just laughed.

"We have to celebrate this," said Lorraine and went into the kitchen. And Ed went up to his daughter to congratulate her.

(One year later)

The Thomas house was quiet.

Only the gentle breathing of a little boy sleeping peacefully in his crib.

Lilian stood in the doorway of the nursery And watched her son Daniel sleeping.

Drew approached her from behind and put his arms around his wife.

“He got your eyes,” Drew whispered near her ear.

“And your hair” Lilian replied, smiling.

Lilian looked around the room with a gentle smile. She admired the painted walls, which she had painted together with her mother and sister, even though Drew initially didn't want her to, fearing something might hurt her and the baby. But Lilian had prevailed.

A cross hung above the bed, which her father Ed had put up. He said it was for safety.

And pictures of her family hung on the wall.

"What if he has gained my powers?" Lilian asked softly into the room, leaning back against her husband's chest.

"Then we'll teach him how to handle it together. You and I. And probably your mother too," Drew replied.

The two of them stood there together, relaxing while little Daniel slept in his bed.
