Riley's POV

Dr. Jenkins, my doctor, looked at the ultrasound he was holding in his hand. "I'm happy to tell you that the baby is perfectly healthy." He told me.
"That's great." I said, happy. "Is it possible to know the gender yet?" I asked him. I was always a very curious person, and waiting 7 and a half months to know the gender of the baby would kill me.
"Yes, actually." He told me. I am happy to say your baby's a-"

Thalia's POV

Haley opened the door after I had knocked. "Hey Thalia. What's up?" She asked me.
"Is Riley home?" I asked her. She shook her head.
"No. She's at- She's out running errands." She said, correcting herself mid-sentence.
"I see. Well, can you let her know I stopped by and that I'd like to talk to her?" I asked her nicely.
"For sure. See you later." Haley said, closing the door as I turned and walked back to my car.

I entered the house and saw Eldon in the kitchen. I quietly made my way to our bedroom, and put together my gift for him.

Eldon's POV

I heard footsteps, and turned to see Thalia carrying a nicely wrapped box into the kitchen. "Hey honey." She said smiling as she placed it on the counter.
"What's this?" I asked, confused.
"It's a present for you silly." She told me, still smiling.
"Am I forgetting something? Anniversary? Valentine's Day?" I asked, confused and worried she'd get mad at me.
"No. But I was out and decided to pick it up for you." She said to me.
"Now I'm really confused." I said, staring at her.
"Open it." She told me, watching me. I grabbed the box from the counter, and eyes her suspiciously, as I lifted the lid off the top. I glanced in, and saw a pair of little red sneakers on top of another box.
"What is this?" I asked her, clearly confused.
"Keep opening." She told me. I removed the sneakers, and opened the next box. Inside was a folded, soft, white blanket. I pulled it out, to reveal another box. I looked over at Thalia with a bored expression, which caused her smile to grow. "Keep going." She told me. I sighed, opening the lid and pulling out a small stuffed rabbit. Placing that on the counter, I revealed yet another box. I didn't even say anything this time, just opened it. Inside, was a huge mound of tissue paper. I removed it, to reveal a white stick. I reached in, and pulled it out. Turning it over in my hand, I saw a little screen with a smiley face on it. I looked up and gave Thalia a confused look, and that's when she told me the best news ever. "I'm pregnant!"

So you're going to have to wait a little longer for the gender of Riley's baby, but now you guys know Thalia's news!!!! Thanks for reading!!!!
