Riley's POV

I glanced over at James, who sat in the chair beside me, as we sat in the divorce attorney's office. His leg was shaking, like it had when he was waiting for me to arrive on our first date. I had already started working things out with the divorce attorney, but I had to bring James in today for the final decision. It had taken a lot of thinking to come up with my decision for whether or not we were going to get divorced, but I bet I'll surprise him with it.

James's POV

I sat beside Riley in a chair, waiting for the divorce attorney to come meet us. I knew Riley had her mind made up, that was one quality her and Emily shared. Her mind was made up, and you could never change that. I loved her with all my heart, and I'd made the stupidest mistake in the world, and I'd apologized a million times and assured her of my love, but her mind would never change. I thought back to when I told her by accident about all this. I will never forget the look of pain that filled Riley's eyes when she heard I had slept with another woman. I could practically see her heart drop to her stomach, shattered. It was almost the exact same look she had when she realized the information about our split up leaked. Practically all of A troupe knows now, which has been annoying Riley. She yelled at me the other day for telling Eldon, because he told Thalia, who told Giselle, and it just leaked out from there. Ri was mad, but she forgave everyone. Except for me. That was just another thing for her to hold against me. Now I'm beating myself up with my own thoughts! Wasn't the attorney supposed to be here already? I looked down and checked my watch. 12:10. The woman was 10 minutes late! Why did Riley trust someone who made an appointment, and then spent some of the time on her own things?! I was starting get seriously mad, when I heard a pair of high heels clicking. I looked up, to see a woman, who I presumed was the divorce attorney, enter the room. "Sorry. I had family matters to deal with." She said as she entered. She sat at her desk, looked at us, somehow maintaining eye contact with us both. "So. Riley, you've made a decision?" She asked Riley, who nodded her head. "James, are you willing to respect this decision, whatever it may be?" She asked me.
"Yes." I said dryly.
"Riley. What's your final decision?" The divorce attorney asked us.
"I've decided..."

Sorry guys, you'll have to wait till the next update to hear Riley's decision.
