Ahayah

"I'm here I'm here whats the emergency?" I asked Analaa as I bust through her front door. I limped all the way to the living room where my sister sat on the couch looking distant. "2 things!" She squealed once her head got back together. "1 I'm pregnant! I'm 2 months about to be 3 and 2, umm that shit right there." She said pointing towards the kitchen. I smiled congratulating her then made my way to it and got mad.

"What you doing here?" I asked Patience who was sitting at the bar drinking a soda. Her shirt had blood stains on it and her lip was all fat. "I needed someone to talk to so I came here. Since you all boo'd up." she replied not breaking her stare at my legs. "You love her?" She mumbled as tears started to form in her eyes. "I cant love someone that quick. What you talking about?" I asked sitting down next to her.

"But you let her make love to you... I can see it all over your face... you glowin Ahayah.." She whispered. All I could do was stare at the wall cause she was right. Jamaica made love to me like no other person ever had. And I think I let it show too much. "Are you happy?" She asked breaking the silence. "We aren't together.." "I didn't ask you that. I asked are you happy." I nodded my head yea which made her get up and leave.

"That girl been here for about 3 hours... Talking bout she sorry. I know you saw the blood on her shirt. I clucked her ass with my cell phone cause I heard about her burning your house." She laughed rubbing her stomach that was starting to actually look bigger considering she's always had a flat stomach. I wouldn't have even noticed if she wouldnt have said anything.

"You hell on wheels but where everybody at?" I asked looking around. "Girl Ania out with her daddy. Doing some ion know they ain't invite me. Anyway I heard about you and your new boo. That walk tells me that rumor ain't no lie. Ew." She turned her nose up at me and started laughing.

"Man it's that obvious? Geez. But no I told her that her strap game was average and she got mad and when we got to her place she told me ima be needing crutches and boom. Look at me." I laughed. My sister joined me in the laughter tears rollin down both our faces.

"Thats nasty. I remember when we were in middle school and you had established that you liked girls and your ex Jacee introduced you to getting head. Giiiiiiiirl yeen know how to act. You went from being ghetto as hell to proper!" More laughter erupted from us and it didn't stop.

"No even better your Junior year in high school Patience strapped you down one good time and you became a whole new Ahayah. Girl you stayed wanting to go to her house. You used to be sneakin out windows and all.. Mama used to be like there she go with her fast ass headed to that girl house." I can't believe she remembered all that crap it was too funny though.

"Thats not funny. You acted different too when your first gave it to you. Don't forget you told mama you was walking different cause you were sore from cheer practice." I laughed as she frowned her face up at me.

"Anyway let me get going.. I gotta go take this girl her car. I love you sissy. See you later." "I love you too byee." "Bye niece or nephew whatever you are.." I whispered kissing her tummy. She giggled and playfully pushed me away. I waved and headed out.

"I have something very important to ask you." Jamaica said as soon as I walked through the door. I looked past her and saw Arora sitting on the couch waving. I waved back then looked Jamaica in her eye waiting for her to say something.

"Come sit." She said pulling me to the living room. I sat on the couch and stared waiting for someone to say something. "I love having you here Ahayah. Its like you're meant to be here with me. With us. Ion ever want this to change. What I'm really tryna ask you is, would you live here with us. Permanently?" She asked with hope filled eyes. I looked over at Arora who held up a thumbs up and nodded.
