The night is long and full of nothingness... Your beloved boyfriend just cannot sleep tonight... Let's see how he copes with that.

Dallas:He doesn't mind not being able to sleep, as he doesn't do much of it at night anyways. Dallas will stroll around town late at night when not much is going on, he might see Two-bit walking around, and talk to him for a while, even reject the chance at a party to be alone for a bit. He hated being stuck in his bedroom when he couldn't sleep, it felt like a trap and reminded him of nights spent in jail.
Ponyboy: He will sit up in bed and hear Darry's footsteps pass by the door. Ponyboy knows he will be in trouble with his older brother if found awake and not trying to sleep, but he doesn't care. He'll read a few chapters of a book until he gets bored, and might even sneak away to the kitchen and ring you up on the phone, but only if he hears the snores from Darry's bedroom. Ponyboy will hide in the pantry with the curly corded phone, and speak to you for a few hours, munch on some dry cereal. He might even fall asleep in there, and be found by Darry in the morning, with a piece of cereal stuck to his face.
Two-bit: He is out all night gambling, and partying, so he usually just blacks out drunk wherever you find him. The only issue you have is actually waking him up!
Sodapop:He can't sleep, but didn't really even try all that hard. Soda just needed an excuse to sneak over to your house in the middle of the night. He'll wait until he hears Darry's loud snores from the next room and creep out the front door and into the night. He will wait until the coast is clear before climbing through your bedroom window. You'll be woken to him slipping into your bedsheets for some company and cuddles. Soda will sneak out again before morning light hits, it was like he never even came over...
Johnny: He goes for a more peaceful approach than some of the others in the gang. Johnny knows you'll be okay with it, so he wakes you up with some kisses. You'll both head to the lot in the middle of the night, and lay back in his arms, watching the stars. You'll talk about the future, but never the past... He will give you his coat, and you'll drape it over the both of you... slowly, you'll both fall asleep with your head smooshed together.
Darry:He is beyond practical, and absolutely needs his beauty sleep, or else everyone will know about it! So he goes to the cupboard in the kitchen and gets some prescribed heavy dose sleeping tablets, pops a few into his mouth with some warm, left out beer. He is out like a light when his head hits the pillow.
Steve: He will toss and turn in bed for hours on end, ultimately annoying you as he is shifting the entire bed. You'll wake every few minutes to him growing angrier, and ranting with a trail of profanities spewing out of his mouth. He will finally snap and get up, declaring he can't sleep and head to the living room to watch television. At least you'll get some sleep now...
