Chapter 14

2 months later

I am currently 16 years old my birthday was a few days ago and I loved what they did for me. I was already filming the Step Up 6 Movie. I had already met the whole cast and the guy I had to kiss. Hayes and I broke up last month because he was jealous and Nash told me HE kissed another girl. We haven't talked in ages and I don't know if we ever will. Well it feels like we haven't talked in ages. I miss him but I kinda like the boy I have to kiss in the movie. His character is called Moose (btw in the movie in real life he has a girlfriend but let's just pretend they broke up😂). I don't know if he likes me back but he's always hanging out with me. His real name is Adam. Right now we were filming the part of that I wanted to be in the dance group and I had to prove to them I have what it takes.

Once we filmed it, we had a 15 minute break. "Hello Jane." Adam said. "Hello Adam." I said while focusing on what to get to eat. "I need help on where to take a girl to a date." He asked me. "What type of food does she like?" I asked him. "I have no idea. Can you like tell me any of your favorite restaurants and maybe she'll like them?" He asked me. "Well, I like Chipotle, Apple Bees, Chilli's, Olive Garden, anything really." I told him. "Perfect thank you so much you're a life saver." Adam thanked me and hugged me. His hugs are warm.

Once we finished filming, we all went to our hotels/house. I was still in a hotel but a different one. I grabbed by computer and started watching OITNB because why not? It's such a good show. As I was about to go to the next episode I heard a knock on my door. I opened it but not too much. As I opened it, I saw my mom, Michael, Jake, Nash, and lastly Hayes. "Hey guys!!!" I yelled. "JANE!!" my brother yelled as he carried me and then put me down. "Jashy!" Nash yelled. "Nashy!" I yelled. I hugged everyone. Including Hayes. "So how's life?" Jake asked me. "Its amazing. I love it a lot here and its just awesome." I told them. "So Hayes told me you have a kissing scene. Who's the boy?" Nash asked me. I gave a quick look to Hayes but he was on his phone. "Well, his name is Adam and he plays Moose. I kinda li-" I said as I was interrupted by Hayes coughing very very loud. "AS I WAS SAYING, I kinda like him but he doesn't like me because he asked me for help on where to take a girl on a date." I said. "Well I have to get going with Michael. Are you boys gonna stay here?" My mom asked Nash, Jake, and Hayes. "Sure we have an idea on what to do." Jake said.

Once my mom left, the boys and I had an awkward silence until Nash ruined it. "Les go to the pool." Nash said. "No thank you I'm fine." I said. "Cmon Jane we're only staying here for a few weeks" Jake said. "Fine." I said. So I went to the cabinet and searched for a bikini. I was looking and looking until I found one that was red with white polka dots. I put on a dress and grabbed 4 towels. I got out and threw them each a towel. We got out of my room and went to the pool.

We arrived at the pool and I put everything on a table. I just sat on the cement with my feet in the water. I felt someone's grip on foot pulling me downwards. Hayes. As I was pulled underwater, I got up to get some air and started swimming towards Hayes trying to get to him but he's super fast. I was just sitting on the stairs and I saw Adam. "Jane!" He yelled. "Adam!" I yelled back. I got out the water and went up to him. "What's up?" I asked him. I was very curious because he has his hand behind his back. "Would you like to-?" He said but was interupted by Hayes running off. I ran into the hotel looking for Hayes. I saw him waiting for the elevator. I went up to him "Hayes what happened out there?" I asked him. "Nothing I just needed... um a towel." Hayes said obviously lying.

"Hayes, I know that's not true. There is a towel outside." I told him. "Fine you wanna know the truth? Here it is. I still love you. I wonder everyday what you're doing in Cali and if you're having the best time of your life. I worry about you. I miss you everyday and regret everyday that I kissed that fucking girl. But I know you don't like me cause you like that Adam dude." Hayes told. I was surprised I didn't know what to say. I missed Hayes but I'm just afraid he'll do it again. "Hayes, I miss you too. A lot actually. When we broke up. I couldn't remember my lines and messed up a lot. I wasn't focusing well. Then, Adam told me that it's okay just forget about it and that things happen for a reason." I told him. "Do you remember that we would sneak out of the house and go to the park and play?" Hayes asked me. "Of course I do Hayes. You got stitches (#StitchesbyShawnMendes) that day."  I told while letting out a small laugh. "Jane I'm really sorry for anything I did that ever hurt you. From bullying you and becoming your enemy to kissing that girl. I don't know how I bullied you though. Anyways, would you forgive me? I'm not asking you to be my girlfriend again cause I know you don't want to." He said. "I do forgive you. " I said. I hugged him and pulled him torwards outside to go back to the pool. "Jane finally you're back!" Adam exclaimed. I saw another girl next to him. "As I was saying I'd like for you to meet my girlfriend Grace." He said. I have to admit she was pretty and she matched for him.

"Hi nice to meet you" I said while holding out my hand but she denied it. Oh me and her are not getting along.

Hey y'all wassup. Hope you're having an awesome day. I hate this chapter to be honest. For the next chapter I'm going to skip to when she finished the movie and the premiere is the next week.

This chapter has 1,144 words. Wow! I wish I wrote that much on my essays. Anyways I'm gonna stop writing now BUT before I leave, I'm gonna make a QOTC. QOTC means Question of the chapter. Basically what I'll be doing is that I just ask you random questions and you can answer them if you want.
