Chapter 15

10 months later

Jane's POV

Finally! We finished filming the movie 2 weeks ago. I was happy to be honest cause it was tiring. But you know what they say hard work pays off. Hayes stayed with me because he didn't want us to be mad at each other or fade apart. We are finally dating again. Right now I'm at the mall trying to find a dress for the premiere. Did I tell you it's in 4 days? As I was walking torwards a dress store, I felt someone touch my shoulders. "AHHH!" I yelled. I turned around a saw Cameron. "Cameron!!" I said loudly. By now the people were looking at us like this girl is crazy. I could care less I had one of my best friends here. "What are you doing here?" I asked him. "Well Hayes told me you were in a movie and I couldn't miss it." He said. "Im still trying to find a freakin' dress." I told him. "I'll help you." He said. "Cameron what do you know about girl fashion?" I asked him. "I helped my sister with her prom dress and she looked FLAWLESS!" He said yelling the last word. "If ya say so." I said. We went to a lot of stores until a dress caught my attention. I ran into the store and looked at the beautiful dress. It was a mint green long dress with lace on the corset. "This one is perfect." I said. "You sure I mean based on my fashion senses that isn't the best one." Cameron said acting all smart. All I could do was laugh at how he would say it. I checked the price tag and saw the price. $299.99. "It's on me." Cameron said. "No it's not IM paying for MY dress." I told him. "Do you think I give?" He asked me. "You're going to." I said. "If you're care about me then let me pay." "You're lucky I care about you." Cameron responded. We went to pay and I ended up paying. It wasn't a bother I had plenty of money from the movie so what more could I ask for. "I'm gonna go. I'll see you at the premiere okay?" Cameron told me. "See ya then." I couldn't wait til the premiere night.

Once I got to my small yet kinda big penthouse, I went to where Hayes was which was in the living room playing Xbox of course. "I'm home." I said. He didn't pay attention. So, I walked over to the tv and just stood in front of it blocking his view. "As much as I love seeing you, I really want to beat my record." Hayes said. "What's more important a video game or me?" I asked him. "You of course." He responded back. "Show me." I demanded him. He paused the game and went up to me and kissed me, carried me bridal style all around the penthouse, kissed me again, put me on the sofa and lastly kissed me. "Wow Grier." I said surprisingly. "Did I show you enough?" He asked me. "You could say. But babe go get dressed you need to buy a tux." I told him. "For??" He asked again. "What do you mean for the premiere is in 4 days Hayes." "Shit okay be right back then." He said while going upstairs to change. I went to the kitchen and grabbed string cheese. Then, Hayes' phone rang. It was a message. No Jane don't do it. Yes Jane do it you never what he's hiding. I grabbed the phone and unlocked it. It was Stacey. The message said 'Hayesie boo just leave her already I know you want to be with me.' I scrolled upwards to see Hayes' other replies 'Stacey just leave me alone I don't like you. I'm happy with Jane and I'll always be just stop texting me.' "Whatcha doing there?" Hayes said scaring me. I quickly dropped the phone. "I was just-" I said as Hayes interrupted me saying "Checking my messages between me and Stacey?". "Yes." I said guiltily. "Let's just go." He said.

We got in the car and I turned on the radio. And California by the Jacks was on.

Once we arrived at the mall we went straight to a tux store. Hayes decided to pick out a white tuxedo with a black tie. We bought and decided to go back home.

"So Hayes, why is Stacey texting you?" I asked him curiously. "She's just being Stacey. Acting like a whore cause she wants me back." Hayes responded. "I see." I said while thinking. "You have nothing to worry about because they only thing I wanna be with is you. And the Xbox." Hayes said. "Of course." I said with an obvious tone.

We arrived home and I quickly went upstairs and tried on the dress with my white heels. I've gotta say it looked amazing. "BABE!!" I yelled. I heard heavy footsteps going upstairs. "What happ-end." Hayes said. "Does it look good?" I asked him. "It's looks beautiful on you. "Thank you." I said. He went downstairs and continued playing his game.
