Chapter 78 Mysterious

3rd POV

After returning from the Shogunate era, the failure to save Endou and no changes to the soccer ban have brought the group's mood down. Which is why, to reach the strength to go against El Dorado and their strongest team, Perfect Cascade, Raimon decided the next time jump would be during the time of dinosaurs. 

The problem was... they didn't know which dinosaur to choose. So it was likely, the team would spend more time during this time jump.

Daisuke: "I will now announce the members. Shindou. Kirino. Shinsuke. Taiyou. Nishiki. Tsurugi. Tenma. Nanobana. Nanami. Fei. Kariya. Hayami. That is all."

As everyone prepared to get ready, Hisame's attention was caught by Miria and the other girls.

Kirara: "HEY, HEY! Why?! Miria!"

Kirara shook Miria by the shoulders back and forth.

Kirara: "How could you unlock your avatar and NOT HAVE US THERE TO SEE?!"

Miria: "K-Kirara-chan... I'm getting dizzy..."

Hisame: "Kirara-san... calm down."

Kirara: "How can I when we missed the most amazing growth of my friend?! It's a crime! Undo it right now!"

Shirabe: "I don't think you can get rid of an avatar, but I agree. It's a crime we missed it."

Hisame: *sweatdrop*

Miria: "I-I can just show you it when we practice while the others are leave..."

Kirara: "IT'S NOT THE SAME!"

Hisame: "Now, now..."

Hisame patted Kirara's shoulder as she pouted and crossed her arms.

Hisame: "How about this? You can take this time to help Miria-san learn how to armor her avatar. You both have been working on it, yes."

Shirabe: "Yeah."

Kirara: "Great idea! You hear that Miria? We're doing some serious training later!"

Miria: "Mm! I'm looking forward to it. Hisame-san, be safe on your time jump with the others, okay?"

Hisame: "We will."

Hisame waved before heading over to enter the bus to time jump.

Hisame POV

As we ventured into the area, there were so many dinosaurs around. We weren't sure which one to even pick. And unexpected, we ran into a boy riding a dinosaur. He introduced himself as Torb.

Unbelievable. There's a human in this era? That can't be right. Could it be that...

I paused, noticing Ciel was watching him cautious. 

Torb led us around, taking us to his home. He knew so many dinosaurs and seemed able to communicate with them? 

Once we reached his home, his dad was also apparently a dinosaur. It was so confusing but he told us about a strong dinosaur named Rockstar. And Daisuke decided that would be the dinosaur we would mixi-max. But we decided to rest for the night. Torb's 'dad' said we could stay with them for the night. 

Later that night...

Kinako and I noticed Fei sneaking out to practice with his duplis.

Fei: "I have to get stronger, or else I can't protect soccer. All I have left is soccer."

Fei...

Tenma: "Fei. Let me help you train."

Fei: "Tenma..."
