Everyone was teleported out of the building before it fell. But it didn't change the fact that the base was broken into rubble.

A group of children stood on the opposing side of everyone else.

Saru: "Hey there!"

Tenma: ! "You're that guy from back then... Saru, you're a Second Stage Child?!"

Saru: "That's right. I'm the emperor of Feida who rules the Second Stage Children."

Tenma: "The emperor... you mean, you're Feida's leader?"

Saru: "Yep, I am Feida's leader. And soon, I will be the world's leader."

Tenma: !

Saru: "It'll do you well to remember that, Tenma. Did you enjoy the opening ceremony for Ragnarok?"

Shindou: "Weren't you going to fight us with soccer?"

Saru: "I promise you. In Ragnarok, we won't use our powers. We'll prove to you that even without using our powers, the Second Stage Children are far superior than you!"

Tenma: "Saru..."

Saru: "I look forward to tomorrow."

Saru glanced back at Fei and grinned. Fei's eyes widened before get grunted in pain and fell to the ground.

Everyone: "Fei!"

Kinako: "Fei, hang in there!"

Tenma: "What's wrong, Fei?"

Kinako: "Fei! Fei!!!"

While everyone was focused on Fei, Saru glanced at Ciel and the two held a stare before Saru and the other children teleported away.
