*Elsa's P.O.V*
------------------------
I knocked on her door.
"Firefly? Please open the door. We need to talk. You know I don't have to ask." No answer.
"Fine. You leave me no other choice." I covered the lock in frost and it popped open. I walked in to find her surrounded in a circle of flames. I gasped.
"I locked that door for a reason." She growled.
"And a simple lock is no match for my powers." She glared at me.
"Please Elsa. Go. I don't want to hurt you."
"You couldn't hurt me." I said with a slight smile.
"Yes, actually I could. Fire melts ice. I don't think I could live with my self if I hurt you."
I knew exactly what she was going through. I had done the same thing.
"I know what you're going through. You're scared. Afraid of hurting someone you care about. But the truth is we are the only ones who can help you."
She sighed and the flames dissolved.
"You think I've lost control. I haven't. I'm just trying to block out the emotions you have instilled in me. They scare me. I ment what I said Elsa. I love you. I just haven't had a very good history with love. I don't want to get hurt. Or hurt you."
I laughed.
"You think you'll get hurt? I couldn't hurt you even if I tried. And I ment what I said too. I love you. More than I have ever loved anyone and I... I'm terrified too."
"You are supposed to give Arendelle an heir. You can't... Wait... maybe you can."
She ran past me and grabbed a book from the vanity. She flipped through and found a page written completely in what I believed to be elvish.
"It's a spell that I got from an old apothecary. It transfers the essence of two people. One being the person who will carry the child and the other will indirectly be the 'father'."
It was a good idea.
"Will it work?" I asked.
"Yes."
"How do you know?"
"Because I've used it before."
"On who?"
"Myself."
I gasped.
"What all happened in those thirteen years?" I asked.
She sighed. Indicating it was a touchy subject. But she answered anyway.
"I went through the same thing you are. The council was pressuring me to have an heir. They sent suitors from pretty much every realm and there was only one that I found the least bit appealing. But, not appealing enough to give him my virginity. So, I found this spell and it worked. I now have a beautiful little girl running around back home. Her name is Annabeth."
I smiled. The way her face lit up as she spoke of her daughter was quite adorable. I wonder what it must've been like to feel that amount of unconditional love for someone. I loved Anna but not the same way that a mother loves her child.
"She sounds lovely. I wish I could meet her some day."
She smiled.
"I was actually planning on going back home tomorrow to get her. I hope you could survive one day without me, your majesty." She said with a smirk.
"I think I could manage."
"Good. I will have to leave tonight. "
She grabbed me by my arms and pulled me in for a sweet kiss.
"Come back this time." I whispered.
"Don't worry. I will."
She slipped into her armor, grabbed her sword and headed out the door.
