Haseena nodded in acknowledgement. Her eyes shifted to Karishma, giving her an assuring nod.

Karishma understood the action. She closed her eyes to recall what Haseena had said before they left for the academy, "Chhoti aap top performers mei aaye ya na aaye, as a sister and as your trainer I'll forever be proud of you. For me, what matters is the effort involved, and I've seen you give not just 100% but 200% to it. The result does not change anything between us. I will always love you and it only increases day by day", she declared.

Karishma was grateful for the words. It had healed her, there was no pressure of winning, just some prayers to the dream of winning. Haseena planted a kiss on Karishma's forehead and they headed to the academy.

Mr. Shukla's voice brought Karishma back to the present, the results were about to be announced.

Mr. Shukla: this batch, even after being the youngest had to go through a lot of activities. Why? Because the Head Coach, Madam Mallik believed in the principle, "when life tests, it doesn't see the age, nor does the opponent in a war".

Mr. Shukla: initially, a few of the trainers had disagreed with this, but today, as we know, the best performing batch goes to the youngest one, Madam Mallik has proved her principal. Everyone applauded at this, Riya jumped towards the stage and once there, she hugged Haseena out of excitement. Haseena forwarded her the trophy mumbling a 'well deserved, really proud'

Mr. Shukla: Next up, we have the 1st runner up, who is, Kiara Kapoor, let's give her a round of applause

Kiara did the same as Riya. When Kiara walked down, Haseena glanced at Karishma.

Karishma had her fingers crossed, mumbling something, a prayer maybe, Haseena thought.

"Bhagwan ji, pls let Karishma win, she'll be very disheartened if she doesn't", Haseena mumbled a quick prayer, up on the stage while Shukla ji went to announce the final one

Mr. Shukla: now, what has everyone been eagerly waiting for, the top achiever, do y'all have any guesses?

He turned the mic towards the audience that cheered up a few names, one of them being "Karishma".

On hearing that, Haseena was content, even the candidates, Karishma's competitors thought of her to be capable enough to win.

Mr. Shukla: so the winner is, Karishma Haseena Mallik

At this, the crowd burst out applauding, everyone gathered near Karishma as they cheered for her.

On the stage, Haseena had tears welling up in her eyes, her bacha, her chhoti had just accomplished one of her dreams.

While Karishma stood numb amidst the cheering crowd, her eyes glancing everywhere, "had she really made it?", she thought.

Karishma fixed her gaze at Haseena, still overwhelmed from the happenings in her surroundings. That's when Haseena signalled her to come up.
