All of what to Voldemort were 'Valuble treasures' , were spread out on the table. "At last."Voldemort began "I can finish what I started so many years ago...and make the rest of my horcruxes. Bellatrix I trust you retrieved the elixer?" 

Bellatrix stood as still as a statue."My Lord..if I'm not mistaken, I thought Faria was to get the elixer." 

Voldemort looked like he was going to kill her at any moment. He gave her a deathly glare which made Bellatrix bow and cower. "Faria has a duty to do. she failed to get me the elixer, and I distinctly recall telling you to do so!"

That night I had a dream. A dream I won't ever forget. I was in my dark form. 

I was in a circular room,the walls were like silver and pale pink swirls of mist and clouds that danced around the outline of the room. The floor was just white washed flagstones in a pattern of hopscotch.There was no door or anything for that matter in the room. 

But then a huge grey ball of shadows rose from the ground in front of me and a cloaked figure appeared and spoke in a deep cracked voice. "The Elder wand, invisibility cloak and the ressurection stone, the three conqourers of death. You know where they are, I know you crave power. You could be the most powerful witch in the world. You can have people have mercy, make them beg for dear life, all wanting survival. You're destined for great power, to be unstopable, for you are the Deathly Hallow Warrior.

I woke with a start and images of the wand, cloak and stone were on the top of my mind. I needed to get them. But then I noticed something pink from the side of my eye and I heard a "he-him!". It was Umbridge. 

"On good you're awake!" she said with the most fake happy smile I had ever seen in my life, so much to the extent It was creepy. "I must first inform you on my decision to ban the gryffindor team from playing quidditch, I'm afraid your team are too rough and cannot seem to play a clean match." if I hadn't just woken up, I would have pounced at her like a lion attacking its pray, I couldn't even speak so I let her finish. " and secondly I think I may have no choice but to expel you from the school because you have had multiple detentions,destroyed school property your wandwork is dangerous and seem to constantly end up in hospital and so as this is distracting for your class mates you give me no choice ."  

"But...you can't suspend me just because of that!I'm in the school to learn howto use magic!"I argued. "On but I can. hm -hem. under educational decree number 532." I just stared at her blankly. "Madame pompfrey says you'll be leaving the wing soon so I expect you shall pack your things then.hm -hem!" and with that she walked off.  

" This isn't fair! I can't leave this school! Where else am I suppossed to learn magic? and what about my friends!?" I thought and I suddendly felt depressed. 

Madame Pompfrey came in and shooed me off, for what would be the last time. I slowly walked back to the common room and took in. my surroundings. when I walked into the common room I saw Harry,Ron and Hermione. "Faria, its good to see you better...Faria? What's the matter?" Hermione's face changed with concern and so did the other two's. I took a big sigh and explained "Umbridge expelled me.I need to pack my things now". Their mouths dropped with shock "What! she can't expell you, surely Dumbledore is still in charge of that!" Ron barked with fury. "Apparently not." I said

I went up to the dorm room without another word. I took my trunk out from underneath my bed and began to pack. I really didn't know what to feel, I was upset, afraid, angry and full of hate but the emotion shown of my face was blank. I heard Hermione come up but she didn't say anything, she too was speechless. 

I finished packing so I closed my trunk. I lifted It up, It was a lot lighter than before since now I have a weightless charm placed on It. 

"There must be something we can do, she can't just expell you like that. Doesn't there need to be a hearing for that?" Hermione said thinking hard. "I thought so too, maybe there will be a hearing, but I still have to leave untill one is held." I sighed. 

"Don't worry Faria. The ministry won't allow you to get expelled for such a stupid reason. Hary had to go to a hearing before and, besides Fudge and Umbridge, the ministry voted Harry free of charges and he wasn't expelled." Hermione assured me.

"But this is different and Umbridge has more say over things now than she did when Harry had his hearing, I mean, just look at all those stupid rules she's placed on this school! She's running It into the ground!" I said with clenched fists. "Maybe its forthe best. At least you won't have to worry about me blowing you up, It probably would have happened eventually and you saw how its traumatized Malfoy!" I joked. Hermione laughed and escorted me down to the common room.Harry and Ron came over with Dean. "On no I never told Dean." I thought to myself. He gave me a tight warm hug. "It's good to see your Ok and I heard, don't worry I'm sure Dumbledore will figure something out" he said in a comforting voice.

"Wait!" I pulled away from Deans hug and stopped for a moment. Am I really that stupid!? I can't just give in to umbridge like that!  

I ran out of the common room and headed straight for Dumbledores office, but when i had reached the entrance hall I came accross nearly the whole school crowded around something. I made my way to the front of the crowd. I saw Umbridge small and toad like, and Proffessor Trealawny who was scrawny and much taller than Umbride . Umbridge seemed to be towering over trealawny as Trealawny was cowering in tears. "Y..Y-You c-cant H-Hogwarts is m-my h..home!" Trealwany sobbed even louder, clutching her ruffled up tissue tightly in her hand, boggle eyes fixed on Umbridge. "Well you have failed to prove that you are qualified to teach. And under educational decree number-" Umbridge wascut off by Dumbledores enraged footsteps. "PROFFESSOR!" Dumbledore roared, his echo lingering in the hall. "You do not have the right to banish teachers from the school, or students for that matter." he looked at me as he said this. "That still lies with me as headmaster"

"Hm -hem, for now."Umbridge smiled. 

"Ms.Brown if you would please escort Proffessor Trealawny back." Dumbledore ordered without losing eye contact with Umbridge. Lavender scuttled to pick up Trealawny ,who was shaking and looked quite mesmorised, and brought her up to the staff room. 

"Ms.Lunae is not expelled from this school, she has as much right to be here as everyone else and no more will be said about it. I have made myself quite clear." The smirk on Umbridges face was imediatley wiped off her face, which was now bubling with anger. 

Dumbledore left the entrance hall leaving complete silence behind. Nobody moved for a few minutes, but then all moved at once, congesting the hall. I saw Harry and ran over to him andgave him a huge hug. "Did you hear Dumbledore?! I'm not expelled!" I beamed. " I know! that's great!"he said smiling and Hermione ran over and smothered me with another hug, Ron patted my back. "you have got to stop worrying us!" Hermione said.

"I'll try!"
