Why is everything so unfair? West laughs at me and I think he looked like an angel. I’m supposed to be mad at him right now aren’t I? But how can he look so cute laughing at me… I had such a strong urge to kiss him! Calm down Naomi… The time will come when you will be able to feel those wonderful lips on yours. Yup, just be patient…or stupid.
There is only a twenty percent chance that he’ll ever rest his wonderful greenl eyes on me. I’m not that pretty, in my view I’m plain and boring but passable. I have no talent, not popular at school, and I’ve never had a boyfriend… and I don’t think I can EVER use my body as something to attract West. I mean, come on! Guys at my school mostly prefer a C cup and especially a D or bigger… I’m a B for crying out loud! Besides, I don’t even know how to flirt. You know, that thing girls do? The one where they flutter there eyelashes, show their cleavage, act all giggly and interested about every damn thing their guy is talking about, and give inviting smiles. I can’t do that! I tried it once (NOT the cleavage thing) and I ended up laughing at myself feeling like an idiot.
*Sigh…* West can be so cruel. He knows that I’m in love with him yet he likes to tease me and unconsciously give me hopes.
I stomped down the stairs and made a decision. My first kiss will definitely be with West Gray. And if that was impossible then … I don’t know.
I went to the living room. I sighed and began to search for anyone who was hiding there. Randomly, I bent down and checked underneath the sofa. I blinked when I saw mini West. “Tyler?”
He frowned, very unhappy to be found. He grumbled something under his breath and crawled out.
“I found you!”
“Whipee,” he said sarcastically. His adorable face was pouting at the carpet as he dusted himself. I laughed and ruffled his hair, then took his hand. “Let’s go find the others.” I was quite happy when he didn’t jerk my hand away, instead, he obediently went along with me. God, he is sooo CUTE!
We went in the kitchen and looked through the big cabinets that could possibly be hidden in. All the while I still held on to cute little Ty’s hand while he helped. But there was this silent movement that I seemed to hear…
We found no one in the kitchen. Ty tugged on my hand, telling me to move on to the next part of the house, but I didn’t want to leave yet.
I bent down and told Ty to stay on a certain side of the rectangular kitchen table. He nodded excitedly because I told him that he should be as quiet as a ninja. I silently walked to the opposite side. There. I heard that movement again. I grinned and jumped to the opposite side of the table. “BOO!”
“AAHHH!!!”
Natt had been circling the table all along! Ty and I cracked up at the sight of his startled face.
“Funny,” he remarked grumpily. He got to his feet and dusted himself, all the while making a face at me for scaring the shit out of him.
“Where’s Nick?” I asked as I started to catch my breath.
