It was my first day in my new house. I lived in a fancy neighborhood and my new house was beautiful. We just moved from New York to Virginia for my mother's new job. It was a lot different living in a peaceful neighborhood compared to the wild city. But I liked it.
"Mom, I'm going for a walk!" I told her. She nodded in approval and I walked out of the house and down the quiet road. It was all so beautiful and I was soaking it all in just as I heard someone shout "LOOK OUT!"
I turned around just in time to see a boy flying towards me on his bike. I leapt out of the way just in time as he slammed on his brakes. He got off his bike and turned towards me.
"I am so sorry!" he said helping me up off of the ground. "I wasn't watching where I was going and when I saw you-"
And then I wasn't listening because I recognized this boy. He was vine famous! He was my vine crush...
"Jacob?" I whispered. He stopped talking and looked at me confused.
"You know me?" he asked as I got to my feet.
"Ya," I said. I must've had a stupid fan girl look on my face. "I know you from Vine. Your vines are awesome."
"Thanks," he said, combing his hand through his hair. My heart melted. "Would you like to come to my house? It's the least I could do for almost running you over with my bike."
I nodded smiling. "Sure, why not?"
