They both reached a schedule on the time and place for the meet-up. Bitna was a bit skeptical but her mind was already made up on finding out the truth.

She left the house with the excuse of visiting Ji Woon. No one questioned her movement, it was noon time and Ji Woon was now pretty well known by the family.

But things slowly started escalating after a few hours later, Ji Woon came looking for Bitna. Now everyone was worried, her phone wasn't going through and no one knew her whereabouts

"Where the fuck did she go again?" The angry voice of Yoongi resonated around the living room.

"I wish I knew Hyung but this is getting exhausting" Jimin lamented his voice almost teary.

"Ji Woon please think is there anywhere you know she might have gone to? Even the slightest information can help" Jin probably the calmest one at the moment asked.

Ji Woon bit his lips memories travelling back to any place he knew she might have gone but none was coming to mind.

"I can't seem to think of any hyung, except a few days she did mention wanting to meet up with someone"

" Who? " Taehyung impatiently asked

"I don't know much just a certain woman she bumped into at the mall"

"Hyung isn't she the weird woman?" Namjoon asked with a raised brow

"I don't get it, why would she meet up with her?"

All eyes snapped towards Ji Woon since he was the only one with a possible answer.

He gulped unsure whether to spill what he knew, he did understand Bitna's feeling. If it were to be him, he would fight to know the truth but one thought kept him uneasy. If knowing the truth will cost him his best friend, then it's better not to know.

"She did mention knowing the truth"

"Truth? About what?"  Hoseok asked confused.

"Is it about her mom?" Jungkook asked in a small voice.

Ji Woon could only nod, "I tried reasoning with her on not going but guess her mind was already made up"

"With everything that happened lately, she must have been desperate to find out, I don't blame her on that but my worry is if she will be ok?"

"Me too hyung" Namjoon sighed worry written on his face.

"Do you have any clue on where they might have met up?" Yoongi asked with a glisten of hope.

"No hyung"

"Then what are we to do? We can't sit here while she is in danger" He suddenly yelled losing control of his emotion.

"Yoongi you are not the only one worried about her, we all are but you don't see any of us yelling. You've got to keep calm" Jin reasoned, he was probably the only calm person in the room.

"That's not my problem! You guys can sit here waiting on a miracle but am going out to find my Sister" He strongly emphasized the last word.

Jin rubbed his temples watching the one person he thought would have his back in this kind of situation leave the house.

"Wait for me hyung" Jimin called out running out seconds later.

"Hyung don't you think we should follow them" Tae asked unsure.

"I don't know what to say anymore. Someone has to be at home when she comes back... I swear she is getting it this time around" Jin stated, the few last words coming off as stern.

                                      ******

"You are a liar" Bitna's voice could be heard through the building.

A laughter followed up with a fiercer echo resonated.

"You've got that wrong dear, I am not the liar. Your Dad is, he didn't detail you on what happened "

Bitna shook her head furiously finding it hard to believe anything that came out of that woman's mouth.

"You seek the truth? And the answer you got; You are the one responsible for the death of my sister, you killed your mother. YOU ARE A MURDERER!"

"NO!!!" Uncontrollable tears roll down her cheek.

"You messed up with the gas cooker and ran back to the house despite all the shouting just to get that damn ball. She ran after you but why was she the one who had to die and not you? The fact you ran back outside holding onto the ball as if you've won some trophy pisses me off "

If not anything Bitna was now a bawling mess.

Was all she knew a lie?

What about the memories of her Mum leaving her?

Is she a murderer? Did she kill her Mum over a basketball?

All these questions ran through her mind seeking an answer.

"And the fact everyone hid everything from you with the excuse of being a kid and you had to live all these years like nothing happened annoys me more and you had the guts to still go back and play basketball disgust me deeply"

"I am not a murderer! You lie!! Mom is still alive and not dead!!!" These were the words she could utter, more like the words she hoped were true.

"Why do you think your Dad is so much against you playing basketball?" Now she was standing a few metres away from her. "He thought that was the only way to keep you from remembering what happened but looks like karma has its way of sorting things, now you've got to experience the pain I felt when I lost a sister who was a mother to me. I am damn sure your father hasn't told you anything concerning me, I am Haein your Mother's sister and this is the name you should remember that inscribed that guilt into you."
