Past: First day of freshman year
"Can you guys imagine how many amazing things could happen to us this year? We could find the love of our lives!" I say as Alice, Scarlett, and I walk towards our first class.
"That is highly unlikely seeing as all boys are jerks." says Alice.
"That's not true. Not all of them are jerks. They might all behave like five year old boys, but they're not all jerks. Although Alice is right. The only type of relationship we'll be able to get is a failing one that only lasts two weeks. Fairytale love simply doesn't exist." Scarlett says.
"Why are you guys so negative? Life is a fairytale."I say. People seem to forget that fairytales are not all rainbows and unicorns. Every fairytale has it's ups and downs, but in the end everything falls into place and everyone lives happily ever after. Life is just the same. Everyone goes through rough times, but everything happens for a reason. The reason may not be obvious at the time, but eventually it will be. Because eventually everyone gets their happy ending.
