High School Days

Chapter 14

Lucy's Pov
Another day has passed and I'm starting to feel better! Natsu has been really kind to me and he's just so fun to be with! Maybe Gray wasn't the right guy for my after all. (Author's note: This is a all Nalu chapter. I'm sorry Gralu fans the time will come soon)
It's Saturday morning and have nothing to do...
"Sigh..maybe I should call Levy and ask if she wants to hang out..wait she has book club today..." I sigh again and lay back on my bed. My phone vibrates so I pick it up.
Natsu: Hey Luce!
Lucy: Hey Natsu what's up?
Natsu: I was wondering if you wanted to...hang out at my place today?

I do a double take and blush. He wants me to go to his place?! Maybe it won't be so bad. I'm bored and need to get out the house!
Lucy: Sure! Sounds great!
Natsu: Cool! I'll pick you up at 12:30.
I look at the clock and its 11:58. I have a little time.
I get off my bed and go to the kitchen to eat something. It takes me 5 minutes to fix pancakes and bacon. It takes 15 minutes to eat it all. I look at the clock in the oven and its 12:18 (AN: I'm sorry if my math is wrong. Comment if it doesn't add up to 12:18)
"Shit!" I race to my bathroom to and take a quick shower. Once I'm out I wrap a towel around me and walk into my room. I go to the closet and choose a pink tank top and white jeans. I get dressed and put my hair into a high ponytail. I look at the clock and its 12:27. I sigh in relief and go to the living room to put on my black boots. By the time I'm done the door bell rings . I walk to the door and open it with a smile on my face. My smile fades when I see who it is.
"Gray..." I say quietly and look up at the raven haired male. He looks back me with an unreadable expression.
"Why are you here?" I say trying to stay calm.
"Haven't you hurt me enough..." My voice cracks a little. All of sudden he reaches out and hugs me. My eyes widen in shock. I try to push him off me but he holds on to me tighter.
"Lucy..." He whispers in my ear. It's not his usual voice. It sounds...sad and desperate.
"Oi! Why are you hugging Lucy?!" I hear a familiar voice say. Behind Gray is a very pissed off Natsu. Gray lets go of me and turns around to look at Natsu.
"Why are you here?" Gray asks looking annoyed. Natsu clenches his fists.
"I came here to pick her up. Why are you here?" Natsu asks rage in his eyes. I step out of my house and stand in between the two boys.
"Enough you two! Look Gray just go home. I don't want to hear what you have to say! I just want you to leave me alone!" I yell at Gray. He looks taken aback at first then slowly nods. He walks away from my house. I sigh and look at Natsu.
"Sorry about that." I say apologetically. Natsu only smiles and shakes his head.
"It's ok. Ready to go?" He asks. I was about to respond when I realized my door was still wide open.
"Oops. One sec!" I say running to my door and close it and lock it. I run back to Natsu and smile letting him know I'm ready. He grabs my hand and we head off.

After a 10 minute walk Natsu stops in front of a 3 story cream colored house. He opens the door and gesture me to come in.
When I first step in I'm hit with the smell of something sweet.
"Igneel! Zeref! Get your asses over here I want you guys to meet someone!" Natsu yells as he walks into what I'm guessing is the living room. I follow behind him. A minute or two a young man with short black hair comes into the room.
"Why are you so loud..." The man asks.  A second later a middle aged man with rusty red hair and onyx eyes walks in.
"Natsu this better be good..I was in the middle of watching a game!" He yells. It takes them a second to realize that I'm there and they stare at me.
"Oh my...Who is this?" The guy with black hair asked.  Natsu smiles shyly.
"Igneel Zeref this is my friend Lucy. Lucy this is my dad Igneel and my brother Zeref." He says and points them out to me. The red haired- I mean Igneel walks up to me and pats my head.
"Nice to meet ya young lady!" He says with a cheerful smile on his face.
Zeref walks up to me and shakes my hand.
"Nice to meet you.." He says and walks away.
"Well I'll leave you two kids alone. If you need me I'll be in the basement." Igneel says and walks away.
"Natsu don't forget to use a condom!" He yells behind him and laughs. Me and Natsu blush.  He mumbles stupid old man or something like that.
"Sorry about that. Come on! Let's watch a movie. Or we could play some video games!" He says excitedly. I laugh and tell him video games. I sit on the couch as Natsu gets his Xbox ready.

We play various games for 8 hours straight.
"Damn! You beat me again!" Natsu yells and throws the controller down. I laugh at him.
"Don't be a sore loser! Hey...it's kinda dark outside. I should probably head home." I say as I look out the window. Natsu nods and turns off the Xbox. I walk to the door as Natsu yells he'll be back.

On the way home we just walk in a comfortable silence. When we got to my door I turned around and looked at Natsu.
"Thanks for today! We need to do this again sometimes." I say and smile. He smiles back.
"Yeah definitely! Well...see ya at school Luce!" Natsu says and starts walking away. I open the door and step inside my house. I take off my boots and land flat face on my bed when I get to my room. I smile to myself.
Today was awesome.
