Y/n L/n is your average female. At least that's what she tells herself every day. In truth, she is a pretty and talented woman. If you were to ask the typical male what he thought of her, he would point out her curves and her looks. Now, Y/n does not like the attention she brings to herself by just existing. She wishes she could be average, like she says. She knows she is pretty and is grateful for the blessings that come with said looks. The blessings of free food or drinks, quick access to clubs and lounges, you know, the usual thing, pretty people get easily, the difficult part is the flirting. She hates it. If she had a yen for every time she was flirted with, she'd be on a private island away from all the flirting and attention. Now, Y/n had a secret. You see, Y/n is a faceless hero. What's that, you ask? Well, she's a hero with a license who wears a mask when working. No one knows what she looks like. It helps that she is an underground hero as well. Not many people know her, and the media has no interest since she refuses to show her face. That's not the only secret she has; she also has a piece of paradise that makes it easier to socialize. AnonChat is a social media app that doesn't allow personal faces or pictures. You can send photos of anything. Unless there is a face in it, then it gets flagged. It's a nice place for heroes to socialize with civilians without being fanned over. That brings us to now, Y/n has just finished setting up a profile and was scrolling when she found a picture of a cat. It was a black cat that was dressed up as the pro hero Earser's head. She smiles at the photo and likes it.

Averagegirl- That is the cutest cat ever!

Loudnproud- Thanks, it's actually my roommate's cat, but I dress him up sometimes, haha.

Averagegirl-I would do the same thing! That cat looks just like Eraser Head would if he were one!

Loudnproud- That's what I said! @Ineedsleep I told you so!

Ineedsleep- You are impossible! Stop dressing my cat up in silly costumes!

Loudnproud- No, I'm good

Averagegirl- You two are best friends, aren't you?

Loudnproud- How'd you guess?

Averagegirl- Lucky guess, I suppose.

Ineedsleep- I'm going back to work... You should too, @Loudnproud.

Loudnproud- Yeah, yeah, whatever.

With that simple interaction, Y/n's day was going so much better. She had the day off, thankfully. So she decided to go to the mall. Before closing the app, she notices a friend request from Loudnproud. Smiling, she accepts it. She then closes the app and turns off her phone, making her way to the door, she grabs her bag and heads out. As she walks, she notices a café and decides to stop for a coffee. She walks in and is greeted by the staff.

"Welcome in," the teen girl says.

Y/n walks up to the counter and smiles.

"Can I get a caramel macchiato?" Y/n orders.

"Of course!" The girl says, smiling. As Y/n goes to pay, a card is pressed against the pinpad. Y/n looks over and sees a male smiling at her.

"I've got you covered, doll," He says, smiling widely.

"Thank you, but you really didn't need to do that," Y/n says with an awkward smile.

"I know, but a pretty thing like you deserves to be spoiled," the man says, smirking.

"Thank you," Y/n says before walking away to the other counter.

"Can I get your number?" The man asks as he follows Y/n.
