Chapter 4

One week later..

I have been going to set with jai and then we would relax at home. Today is like every other day. I wake up have breakfast and go to set with jai. He seems kinda moody this morning for some reason but I don't want to ask. We walk into set and I walk immediately to theo's trailer. I knock and theo opens the door. "Hey Ellie!" "Hi" I say back. I walk in and sit on his couch. "What's wrong?" "Jai's in his mood, and he didn't talk to me at all this morning." "Oh, well um maybe you should just talk to him" "what if he gets mad?" "Trust me ellbell he won't." Theo has this stupid nickname for me and jai and the boys besides Justin who has his own nickname for me which is Thor because he is my favorite avenger. "Ok" I reply. I give theo a hug and he hugs me back. I walk to Jai's chair and sit in it. After a while he comes and he sees me, "what's wrong?" I ask him, "Ellie nothing's wrong" he says confused. "Well you didn't talk to me the whole morning" "Ellie just because I don't talk to you doesn't mean I am in a bad mood" he says raising his voice. Tears form in my eyes and he notices. "I'm sorry little monkey" that's Jai's nickname for me since he adopted me. I ignore him and walk away and jai comes after me put I run to theo's. I open the door and close it behind me and run to theo. He hugs me and I hug back. "He raised his voice at me, he's never done that before, I was so scared theo" I say between tears. "I'm sorry ellbell" he says. He picks me up and lays me on the couch I close my eyes and fall asleep.

Jai's pov
I raised my voice at her. I haven't ever done that to her. She was scared I could tell. She ran to theo's right after I did that. I didn't talk to her this morning because I didn't sleep well and my sister is coming to town and I have told her about my little monkey. And I haven't told Ellie about her either and I don't know how especially now when she's mad at me. I find myself walking to theo's he opens and tells me she's sleeping. I sit on the couch and wait for her to wake up. "What's wrong?" Theo asks me after a while, "I haven't been getting sleep, and my sister I coming to town and she keeps bugging me. And I don't know how to tell Ellie what's wrong." "Just tell her the-" "theo we need you!" Neil yells. "Just tell her the truth." He says while walking out.

Ellie's pov
I wake up and there jai is looking at the script. "Hey" he says, "hi" I reply. "Look little monkey, I'm sorry I raised my voice at you and didn't talk to you this morning. I just have a lot on my mind right now. And I have to tell you something." "What is it?" I say confused, "my sister is coming to town and she doesn't know about you and me" "oh" is all I say. "When is going to be here?" "The 25th - to the 15th ." "Ok". "I have to do one more scene today and then I'm done ok" I nod. He walks out and I lay on the couch and read divergent.
Jai comes in about 20 minutes later. I have keep reading until we have to leave. We walk to the car and drive home. Once we get home I put on sweatpants and a sweatshirts, and my hair on a bun. Jai makes us dinner and we eat and we sit on the couch. "Do you want to play a game?" Jai asks after a while, "yea" I say getting up and putting Mario cart into the wii and grab the remotes. "Really, Mario kart, you know I bet you at this every time." I pick yoshi and he picks donkey kong. After about 20 races I won 10 and so did jai. I fell asleep and jai carried me to my bed and kissed my forehead.
There stands my parents, they leave like they did five years ago without a goodbye and then the scene changes and there stands jai, someone comes from behind him and shoots him in the head. I shoot up out of bed. It was a dream. I walk to Jai's room and get in the bed next to him and fall asleep.
