Grace's POV
She was finally out of the hospital, but she never got Zoe to tell her that Alfie had gotten engaged.
(A/N: THIS IS GOING TO EXPLAIN MY NEXT STORY.)
That thought had stuck in her head since she took her bags and snuck out of the hospital. She was heading towards the airport, but walking of course, she couldn't risk another accident, right? She kept her phone charged in the hospital, so she could called Zoe once she left. But Zoe didn't pick up. "Weird." She thought.
On the plane, she debated with herself whether or not Chester still loved her.
On the 5 hour plane ride to Maine, (where she thought he was) she got a lot of sleep in, and debated some more.
The moment the plane landed, she got up, grabbed her bags, and ran of the plane with the stewards yelling at her to sit back down. But she couldn't, she had to find Chester. It would be worth it.
When she got off the plane and got to her hotel, it was like bricks has been lifted of her shoulders. She grabbed her phone and her backpack and started to look. First, she asked the front desk if he had checked in. "Hello." Grace says. "How can I help you?" "Has someone named Chester See checked in?" Grace asks. "Yes, he left two days ago." "Okay." Grace tries to sound normal with out crying. Grace runs outside and dials Zoe's number. "Grace!" Zoe yells. "Where are you?" "Hannah, Mamrie and I have been looking for you everywhere." "Where are you?" Grace knew she had to lie or else she'd have to come back. "I'm in the Evergreen Woods." She lied. "Okay, we're heading there now."
After looking for Chester for five hours, he was no where to be found. She sulked into her hotel room, and let out all her feelings.
