Peyton completed her online update and then spent the afternoonhelping Yohanna check the cargo of supplies the shuttle had deliveredfrom Earth Prime. Most were items sorely needed by the Moon Terminus.A couple of containers were suspicious food items that Yohanna setaside for fumigation.

"We cannot afford wastage," Yohanna commented to Kim, who wasworking alongside them.

"Then again," Kim observed, "We have to be careful to avoid theimportation of vermin. Rats and spiders somehow made their way around Earth-Prime on sailing ships, and the Corporation is determined to prevent the same thing from happening on a galactic scale."

Yohanna nodded in agreement.

One item Kim unpacked turned out to be a blade. The knife was swathed in layers of fabric, which could have been designed to either protectit, or disguise it. The supervisor turned the quality cutting edge over and scratched her hand.

"It's a beauty," Peyton breathed.

"I will contact the recipient and see whether he is licensed tocarry," Kim said wisely. "If he is licensed, I will release it."

"Sure," Yohanna set the item aside on the processing shelf.

"I think I will leave the rest to you," Peyton said. "I'm on holiday and I would like to catch up on recreation."
