18~ Why??!!

Kians pov.

Abusive! !! Did I hear her correctly? Yeah I did... abusive ex boyfriend. I'm fine that she has had other boyfriends but abusive!! "Wait what do you mean abusive?" I say scared of the answer.

"I mean he used tohit me all the time," she says quietly looking down trying to hold back her tears. My eyes grew wide and I was actually furious at this Jack guy but now wasn't the time to get angry it was the time to help.

I pull her into a massive hug and she started to cry in my shoulder. It was painful to see her like this. I couldn't stand it. I try not to show my anger for that prick. "Why doesn't JC know?" I ask while stroking her soft hair.

She sniffed and pulled away from my chest. "Because you know exactly how that would end. JC would probably be in jail, and it's my problem not his." she says sadly. Tears prick my eyes, this girl that everyone thinks has the best life has been through the worst.

I asked her why Jack is here. "Well ever since I broke up with him, he still wanted me to be his so once a month he goes to where I am and tries to get me to go back, no matter where I go he seems to find me!!" she cried.

She made me promise not to tell anyone and after a little I gave in and agreed. I think the rest of the boys needed to know what was going on. I remembered how I got those text messages from someone that said 'J' I'm guessing that's Jack.

I pull out my phone from my pocket and scroll down to the messages. Once I found them I showed her. Her eyes widen and she started to break down all over again. I pulled her into a tight comforting hug. "I'm sorry I got you into this!" she mumbles into my neck.

Her hot breath was blowing onto my neck and I could feel her tears but I didn't mind. She needed someone these whole years and she hasn't told anyone. She needs someone now and I'm making a promise to always protect her no matter what.

I don't care if I end up hurt but I'm keeping my promise. I laid her down and she mumbled something I couldn't hear and then she soon fell asleep. I wanted to cuddle with her but I needed to do something.

I couldn't go bash Jack but I couldn't let him go out without punishment. The boys were all still awake. I walked downstairs and JC turned his head to me. All the boys were playing Mario cart and were to focused on playing.

"Where is Z?" JC asked curiously. That is her nickname I'm guessing. I told him she was tired and went to bed. He nodded and went back to racing. I grabbed what I needed and went into my car without the boys noticing.

After a little bit of research and investigating I found Jacks address. Time to put my plan into action.

Zoeys pov.

*dream*

I silently walked into the door hoping he would be asleep. I turn around to shut the door and try to be as quiet as I could. As my back was facing inside the house I feel a strong hand wrap around my hair and yank me down.

I feel myself falling but I didn't have anytime to react. I just hit the floor with a loud thud. My eyes widened at the smell. He was drunk!! Usually he wasn't that bad but when he was drunk, it didn't end well.

He screamed in my face and spitting on me "Your just a worthless piece of shit that can never be loved!!" he screamed. I whimpered and that seemed to set him off. He grabbed me by the arm and started to throw wild throws not caring where it hit. Punch after punch kick after kick

*end*

I wake up to someone shaking me. I feel tears down my face and I am met with Kians eyes. I realize what happened. I obviously had a nightmare and I was probably screaming and crying in my sleep. I calmed down and pulled Kian into a hug.

He seemed to know what it was about. I check the time and it was 2 in the morning. I sigh and go on my phone. I have a message from one of my friends and it was of a news report. It was at Jacks house.

After a few images and words I knew exactly what happened. I showed my phone to Kian. He read the tittle and smirked. I raise my eyebrows but couldn't help but find it funny. Kian had thrown toilet paper all around Jacks house.

Their was pictures of the house and Kian did a pretty good job. I couldn't help but laugh. It was pretty funny, I tried to be serious but I just started giggling. I pulled Kian into a hug and asked him why he did it. I sorta knew the answer I just wanted him to say it

He rubbed his neck and looked at me shyly "Well I couldn't let him get away with doing that to you without me doing something, "
