Chapter three

    The next morning I woke up, grass stains on my face.
I had passed out on the lawn, and I still had a small hangover from the night before. I was a huge hypocrite. I instantly spotted Elise leaned against a tree in the far side of the yard. My headache swelled as I stumbled over and shook her awake. "Elise, it's today now." I mumble, clicking my tongue on the roof of my mouth Impatiently.
"What-" "we got hammered and fell asleep on the lawn." I groan, watching Feona walk by, laughing with Aidan and Blake tagging along with her. "Shush your mouth appendage." Elise shouts at her, squeezing her eyes shut from the pulsing hangover.
"I think we broke the rules."
"No duh."
Suddenly the moment was interrupted by a skinny nerd running across the lawn, screaming.
"Laid, laid, I got laid!"
"Off your job." I giggle, causing a reaction of a laughing fit from Elise. "This is why- this is why we're best friends." She mutters, her black hair falling in front of her eyes.
"We have no choice, we're twins." I fairly groan, and gather my shoes up, walking barefoot to the sidewalk and down the place.
"I told you it was a one night stand, Ian!" I hear a scream from my reckless classmate Willa. "I will not ever talk to you again! You got me f*cking pregnant!"
"Intense!" I say, afraid of adultery and looking at my shoes. "Poor Willa. What do you think she'll do
With the baby?"Elise asked, yawning. "Knowing her, she'll either keep it or put it up for adoption." I reply, not making eye contact as we step down the hard path. My arms shake with fear of the reality of Willa's situation.
