The day is finally here. Everything is packed. Everybody is tired and the tour bus was waiting outside the dance studio. "Alright lets get registration done, when i call your name go jump on the bus and take anything you want to take with you because you wont be coming back of" ash announced. "Alright first up, keiran, make sure you got all your stuff" ash called.
I was slouched down between pel and sky leaning against the mirrors. It was definitely a struggle to get me up this morning. It was only half four now and its still dark. "Ok theo and my juniors" dani called sitting with ash to make sure everything was set "make sure you got the set disk adam" Nathan called "you can go on too nath" ash called. "Ok next up rubys crew" dani called making them hurd out with the rest.
"Ok we got skylar and tayla with toni as a backup right" dani spoke. I groaned when sky got up leaving my right side cold. "Meet you on the bus" she spoke before planting a kiss on my head and walking out. "Ok next up is terry, ike, warren" dani spoke like she had done it a millions time. Then it clicked she probably have. "Alright kielys, thats perri and star" ash called.
They walked out leaving just my family and jordan left.
"Ok so i want to speak to you guys" dani spoke motioning for me to come over to her. I eventually got up and sat down between her and ash making me warm once more.
"So because mitch is still, delicate, we have set up for somebody to take over if needed be, i know its last resort but im just letting you all know somebody is available, we dont want any accidents or injurys" dani spoke making my mom nod.
"Ok so paul, jenny, if you ever need support or anything you know im right here" dani spoke "thank you dani" mom smiled. "Ok so who we got from the craskes, jenny, paul, the lovely ellie and mitch but wheres sam" ash spoke. Ellie giggled slightly then looked around.
"I havent seen him, hes problem not here" i mumbled leaning my head on ash "phone him for me" he asked. I fished my phone out and dailed his number just to get the answer machine three times in a row "hes not answering" i shrugged "call once more" ash asked as he checked off himself, jordan, dani and talisa.
Looks like fourth times the charm as after the fourth beep, sams tired voice rang through the speaker "where are you" i asked "coming now, car wouldn't start so i had to wait for it to warm up" he spoke "you need a new car sam" i chuckled lightly. Ash gave me a look asking if he was coming that a gave a quick nod to for answer "great, lets get outside then" ash spoke "ok well we are in the bus" i said to sam "ok see you in a few" he spoke before hanging up.
I grabbed my bag and made my way out to the bus. I dumped my bag in the storage of the bus then made my way to the back where perri was sat with adam and jimmy "you ok mitch" pel asked "yeah im good" i mumbled sitting down.
It sook sam some time but he did get here and joined us at the back "late as usual" pel chuckled. He smiled then looked over at me "tired" he asked. I didnt have to answer him for him to know i was. "Come here" he said leaning back and opening his arms. I smiled slightly then walked over "god i feel like im your dad" he chuckled hugging me as i leaned into his side. "You may as well be" i chuckled "shut up and go to sleep, i feel like im old now" sam said ruffling my hair.
I chuckled then closed my eyes to go to sleep. It definitely didnt take me long and thats for sure.
Skylars pov:
"I am definitely really excited" tayla grinned jumping in her seat. "Ok ok jumpy, shut up" toni spoke. I grinned slightly then looked towards the back off the bus at my sleeping boyfriend. His feet were tucked up on the seat and his body was leaning into sams side. He definitely didnt look comfortable the way his body arched against sams side. Sams slim figure definitely didnt make his shoulders any smaller so mitchs head was pushed backwards making his head push in an awkward angle. His body was definitely making a C shape. His mouth was open slightly as he breathed and his hair was flopped in his face.
"Sky your practically glowing" toni giggled getting my attention back "what do you mean" i asked "he looks like a drooling dog who hasnt slept in weeks and yet your smiling like the sun is shining out his butt" tayla giggled. I rolled my eyes then looked back at mitch "i told you i loved him" I sighed "we know, we just hope he does" tayla shrugged. I smiled then looked up to see ash, dani and mitchs parents watching me from the table next to us "well well well" ash smirked "dont tell him yet ok" i warned "dont worry dear, he knows in his own way, i know my son" jenny smiled placing her hand on my face "hes going to let you know dear, he will get it" dani smiled.
"Sam dont" i heard pel say "stop it" adam hissed. I looked over and sam had a pen leaning over mitch to start drawing "samuel" i said in a harsh voice. He looked over and instantly dropped the pen "thank you" i spoke. He rolled his eyes then leaned back tidy in his chair "ok thats it" i said getting up. I walked over to mitch and pulled his feet of the chair before kissing his head "wake up mitchy" i spoke shaking his shoulder "five more minutes" he groaned "yes next to me before your evil brother draws on your face" i said making him get up "your mean" he mumbled finally opening his eyes.
Sam made a face at me for calling him evil making me smirk before leading mitch back to my seat. I shoved him into the seat next to the window and sliding in next to him "now can i sleep" he wined "yes yes yes just shut up" i said puttng a hand over his face "sky cut it out" he said leaning his back against the window and sticking his feet on my lap "your feet better not smell" i spoke taking my hand off his face and pulling his trainers off.
"Mitchell, do me a favour" paul asked "depends what it is and if it means i have to move" he shrugged "dont be lazy" i said slapping his thigh "owww" he wined. "Listen to your dad" i said sternly. Tayla held back a giggle as paul chuckled "ok ok" he said playing with the ring on my finger "i was just going to ask if you minded helping with my cameras and gear in the arena" paul asked "what like helping set up" he asked "yeah it wont take long" he smiled "yeah sure" mitch shrugged before settling back down to sleep.
I smiled slightly knowing mitch was getting on with his dad. Mitch had started going over his parents place and spending time learning more about the family. I had gotten closer to ellie and jenny whilst mitch started getting on with his dad alot more. It wasnt the usual dinner and chat that happened when a girl meets her boyfriends family but it was definitely a showdown. Arguments after argument and sassy sam decided to sort it out with more arguments until they had nothing left to argue about.
"Alright, service stop" the driver called stopping the bus. Almost everybody in the bus emptied out except me, mitch, tayla, toni and obviously sleeping perri in the back of the bus.
"Hes cute" tayla smiled watching mitch soundly sleep. I smiled and leaned foward to place a kiss on his cheek. He sniffed slightly then shuffled foward slightly so he could get comfortable. "Very cute" toni giggled. I just grinned and lay my head on his chest "so how come you done nothing about you and sleeping beauty back there" i said referring to perri "nothing is ever going to happen because i dont want it to, hes perfect the way he is" toni shrugged "and also hes not sleeping beauty, none of these boys are" tayla grimaced glancing at perri. Even he was draped across two seats with his head hanging off the edge. His afro was touching the floor and his mouth was wide open as he snored lightly. It was cute but gross in a way. Even his glasses were up on his forehead as he was technically hanging upside down.
"How adorable" i said making a face then leaning back so my head was back on mitchs chest "hes really not actually, especially in the morning" sam spoke popping his head over the top of taylas chair to kiss her head "why hello there" tayla smiled cocking her head backwards to let sam give her a real kiss. Jealousy ran through me as the kiss lasted. My eyes suddenly found interest in the ceiling until toni groaned making them split apart. "Perris right back there" tayla smirked "yes soundly sleeping and quiet, not causing any trouble just like sam should be" toni sighed rubbing her eyes "hey im not loud or causing trouble" sam grumbled "thats what they all say" toni shrugged moving out her seat to leave the bus "thank you" sam called taking tonis seat and slinging his arm lazily around taylas shoulder. I frowned then tayla realised i was getting a bit jealous "just tell him sky, he will understand" tayla sighed "tell him what" sam asked "skys not feeling like shes getting any loving from mr mitchell" tayla sighed "im fine ok" i said getting irritated.
"Hes only going to give what hes told to sky, dead brain remember" sam said "i dont have a dead brain" mitch mumbled rubbing his eyes.
I jolted up after that "dont move, you were warm" he groaned pulled me back into his chest. I seen tayla looking at me then she mouthed a few words making me sigh 'he dont know' she mouthed. I cuddled up then and looked up at him "what" he asked after i had been staring for at least ten minutes "nothing" i whispered making him grin.
"Well i know its not nothing because im use to that look" he said. I shrugged then right on cue everybody stared getting back on the bus. "Your going to tell me later" he whispered in my ear. I rolled my eyes then paul, dani, jenny and ash got back to thier seats. "Is there any chance i got some time to go pee" mitch asked "quick as you can mitch" ash said.
I got up to let mitch out then at last minute i ran after him and jumped off the bus "what are you doing" he asked as i walked with him "walking my boyfriend to the toilets then grabbing food so i don't die" i shrugged. He chuckled then linked his fingers with mine. After the toilets and i grabbed some food we started making our way back to the bus. Just as we got to the front of it, mitch pulled me to a stop "what wrong" i asked.
He looked over my face before bringing me in for a hug "ok whats wrong mitchy" i asked quietly "nothing, just needed a hug" he shrugged pulling back and pecking my lips. He smiled slightly as i went into a slight bit of shock. Did he just kiss me on his own.
He let go of my hand then and got on the bus as i looked after him. I touched my fingers to my lips and smiled before walking slowly onto the bus "leave together and come back apart" tayla said giving me a look "dont start" i said flopping down in my seat.
"Wheres toni" i asked "winding perri up with the juniors, ellie and star" she shrugged leaning on sam again "wheres mitch" i asked "so many questions" tayla sighed "hes at the back" sam chuckled.
The bus journey seemed to take forever but soon enough the bus driver was pulling up outside an arena "Welcome to cardiff motorpoint arena" the driver called "have we been here before" mitch called making most of the adults here laugh "yes mitch" ash chuckled. i got up on my knees on my chair and looked back at smirking mitch at the back "how many questions do you plan on asking" i asked "hes already asked enough" ellie wined sat opposite star at the back of the bus.
I giggled and mitch sent me a wink "alright you lot, make yourselves comfortable whilst i direct the crew then we will make our way to the hotel" dani said getting off with ash in tow.
As soon as dani left the bus the noise level climbed drastically. I walked to the back of the bus and sat down next to pel just wanting to hear the banter "well im obviously not sharing with you because your a boy" toni said to perri "i dont want to share with you, i got mitch" perri sassed "no im with sky" mitch said "bros before hoes" perri shrugged earning a slap from me "its bro code though" pel wined "hes mine" i whispered making everybody laugh at the smirk on my face. Mitch was cracking up and ellie looked close "you guys think im joking" i said in an all serious tone "well that's funny because mitch is sharing with me" jordan shrugged leaning over the back of my seat "no hes not" i wined "i will place mitchell in a room on his own if you all dont shut it" paul yelled.
"I didnt do anything though" mitch grumbled "just stop fighting over rooms, im sure they will be girls in different rooms to boys and the loud ones will be split up, jordan, perri and mitch" paul spoke. "Guys we had big rooms last year so theres more than just two to a room to save money" terry called "how far away is this hotel" warren asked. I hadnt heard him the whole ride here or Nathan or ike to that matter. "Five minutes maybe" jenny answered.
"Alright everybody quiet for the next five minutes, no noise at all from anybody and that includes whispering or there will be a punishment" ash shouted getting back on the bus with his mom. The bus suddenly went extremely silent. Everybody knew ash wasnt joking with the punishment thing. Mitch was trying his best to stay quiet by fidgeting but he just ended up bugging me because his foot kept hitting mine "stay still" i whispered making his eyes land on mine. He grinned then kicked me on purpose. I made a face then did it back knowing i had quite the kick for a girl "owww" he yelled holding his ankle "Mitchell" ash warned "skys bullying me" he wined "dont speak" ash said not bothering to care about mitchs ankle.
I smiled as mitch pouted making me giggle. I reached for his ankle and pulled his foot on my lap before rubbing the area that was sure to bruise. "Owww that seriously hurts" he hissed when i rubbed my thumb over the bone of his ankle "mitch dont let me tell you again" ash sighed.
I giggled then started rubbing mitchs ankle more gentle than before. He eventually took his foot off my lap then pulled me out my seat making me sit on his lap. I didnt mind his little boost of confidence so i just cuddled up to him making him sigh in content. "My baby" i whispered in his ear making him just cuddle me more. He was definitely the best part of me right now.
