"Why does it have to be like this. why? all we can do is sit at home and do cooking while the rest of the world is moving forward. I would like to think that ancient humans divided the work. As men are physically more strong they chose to hunt and women chose to cook and household chores.
A fair deal right.
But as time passed we were trademarked as cooks while men out there took the whole world as their own. The hunting was no more needed. They harvested and traded and ruled and fought and women were still stuck at the galley. And I am shocked to see that just because we are at the home we are seen an freeloaders. Women are fighting injustice forever. We just need an fair world.
When you work the same way man works you will be compensated same way... that's what they say. Yes. Sounds fair to me. Some women would like to leave work before it gets dark... some would like to take off when they are pregnant... some would like to take the day off when they are menstruating and what not. But why does no one looks into the other side of the coin. I mean its not hidden. Women like to leave early from work because they don't want to be the girl who got kidnapped and raped brutally because she rejected a guy when she was returning from her part-time. If anyone know about this case then you know what I am taking about. Women would like to take months off because she is growing an baby inside her abdomen which is crushing her intestines, bladder, stomach, liver, diaphragm and I don't even want to talk about the postpartum. And yes we basically suffer from an pain caused by the uterus contracting to shed its lining every month! Admits of all this... WE have to suffer from rape, abuse, mental torture, beauty expectations and million more. 

I just have multiple questions. Why does men and women have to be equal? Are men and women equal? why is the standard always men? Why does the wife who goes to work the same hours as the husband has to cook and clean? Why are women who don't want to shave forced to go all bald on the hands and legs as an beauty criteria ? Why can't wife earn more than husband? why is the ratio of women to men inventors 1 for every 7 men but Abuse faced by women is a global pandemic affecting approximately 1 in 3 women? Why is all curse words indirectly degrading women? How come we live in a system where rap1sts roam free and rule us? Why are we letting it happen?

"Tia." A voice came from the audience and Tia looked down to find Amril.

"I need you. Now!", Amril called from the ground. Tia who was giving an speech saw him and was confused to find him here of all places now.

Tia is a public speaker and Amril know this and when asked him to be here for her speech he was over joyed but withdrew at the end saying he got an emergency call. She knows his work and she did not expect him to show up and now seeing him her and him asking her to come down at that. His face was filled with worry and the eyes asking for forgiveness.

"Excuse me. I am sorry for the intrusion. I think we have to wrap this up for today. I actually planned to talk your ears off but we may have to let you guys off today. But I would like to conclude with the thought that, keep asking questions. If you received an pay and its lower than the pay your colleague who does the same work and you know you deserve more. Ask. If someone just casually drops a comment that women drivers are bad, don't laugh along.  And if you see anyone, men, women, dog , cat anything or anyone being abused by an useless morality less person, Please give a hand. Because that's how you create a toxic free community. By cleaning the garbage near you. and Try to hear your conscience more often. Thank you for your patience everyone. Happy women's day"

Tia came down the stage and the applause for her was a music to Amril's ears. He smiled at Tia. 
"What? why are you hear and what is the big issue that I had to come down 'now'?", Tia asked.
"First things first. Miss Tia, I am proud to be your boyfriend. You are the strongest and most brilliant person in my life. I have never seen a better public speaker in my entire life and..."
"Ril..." Tia who was though smiling at his praise cut him off and Amril understood her point. "Yes. So why I came here is... we have to evacuate.
We got a call from this institute that there is an body of an unknown person in the men's room. We still have to look into this but so far this could be another case of the serial killing I am handling. We are going to evacuate everyone from here and we are assembling everyone in the town's hall. The killer could be here."
Amril finished and Tia's eyes became wet. The shock was visible in her face. To be continued
