Finding.

Haru and Kana walked in front of Hinata. They were looking around their old apartment, which had been deserted now. They need to know if anybody survived but were unable to escape after the slayers left, after all they would either be hurt and need help.

The building had been torn apart, walls broken and cracked to pieces. Dust and blood spread all over the place. Haru gasped when she saw her adoptive children's bedroom. The beds torn apart but the words written on the headboard where still visible but not very clear. A small tear roll down her cheek at the thought of the place she spend more then 10 years in had been torn apart and left to fall to the ground.

''Everybody here!?'' called out Kana, she glanced at Haru, who was more shocked about the condition of the building, but they needed to keep to their mission.

With the yell came a small, weak cry. Hinata glanced at the other two upon hearing the cry and called out. ''Kana-san, Haru-san. I just heard a cry, their must be somebody in this building with us.''

The other vampires glanced at her, and nodded. They ran to the original of the crying, to find the child who was crying. When they found the source, what they saw wasn't what they had expected to find in the building.

Two female vampires were huddled together. One of the vampires were older then the other. The older one had her leg trapped under a piece of rock, and was coated in blood. The younger and child vampire, who was smaller then Yuzu and Yume. She didn't appear to be injured, but she was crying anyway.

The older vampire had pale skin, black hair that was dyed with green highlights. Her green eyes shimmered brightly, but were filled with fear and pain. Part of the girl's hair covered her left eye from view. Her clothes were black with tints of green here and there.

As for the younger one, her hair was white with purple highlights. Her bright purple eyes were filled with sparkling tears, as she pushed herself into the other girl more. Her hair was tied up in a pair of pigtails with dark midnight blue. Her clothes were black, purple and midnight blue.

The group decided to walk closer to the children, which lead to a defensive hug from the older girl around the small child. She glared at them, snarling angrily but also with fear. ''Leave us alone, you bad, evil slayers!''

Haru looked at the others before kneeling down in front of the children. She smiled, revealing her two sharp fangs. ''We're not slayers, and were not going to hurt you.''

The preteen continued to hold the younger vampire protectively. Haru sighed, and decided to prove herself by pulling the rock off the preteen vampire's leg. The preteen vampire looked at the adult with nervous eyes. ''...I'm sorry for b-blaming you..''

Kana smiled and walked forward. ''Mind telling me your name?''

''Um....Tenchi.....I'm 11 years..old'' mumbled the preteen, shyly. ''...This is my half sister Akumu...She is...7 years old...''

Hinata, who had been standing behind them, looked between girls. Tenchi's name meant angel yet her hair color was black, the opposite. And Akumu's name meant devil or nightmare, when her hair was white. Complete opposites of their names and their hair color was also opposites to each other.

She decided to walk forward and sat down in front of the girls and checked over Tenchi's leg, which was covered in cuts and open wounds, it was worrisome. ''I think we need to get you two back home as we need to sort out this leg.''

Haru nodded, and helped pull the two girls to their feet. The seven year old Akumu was luckily able to walk around, without support, unlike her older sister. She didn't have any major injuries, but she did have a couple of cuts of her legs, but not bleeding or making her weak. Haru pulled Tenchi's arm around her neck, to keep her on her feet.

''T-thank you...'' whispered Tenchi, before turning to her sister. ''Akumu, stay with the adults.''

Akumu glanced at her, and said. ''Alright, Onee-chan.'' She walked back to the adults, looking at Tenchi worriedly. ''You okay, Onee-chan?''

''..Yeah, just got a injured leg. I just need to have it bandaged up.''

''Tenchi-chan?'' said Kana, looking at the 11 year old.

''...Yea...''

''Why were you and your sister alone, where are your parents.''

Tenchi looked down. ''Well....you see....we have been living here with mama and my step-father, who is Akumu's father. Akumu was a energetic, full-blooded vampire, unlike the half-blooded vampire that I am...she adored this older vampire named Yuzu too....even calling herself the president of a group devoted to her. But when the slayers attacked, her care-free demeanor faded away and she grow very scared....mama took us and ran away, before living us near where you found us and ran away....we never saw her again after that...'' Tears began to fall from her eyes. ''...We didn't see step-father either and that made us scared, especially when the building began to collapse and that piece of rock fall on my leg....with me down, I couldn't escape and Akumu didn't want to leave me....and a day later, you lot found us...''

''Tenchi-chan, did you just say that Akumu was the president of a club devoted to Yuzu?'' said Haru.

Tenchi simply nodded, and didn't speak. Tears just rolled down her face, Kana hugged her as they walked unable to fully comfort her. ''..W-why did you ask...'' She eventually asked, with a very little care, due to the tears that streaked her face.

''...Well, Yuzu is mine and Kana's adoptive daughter.'' said Haru.

''.....I guess....Akumu will be happy...she'll get to meet...her idol...again.''

Haru smiled, and they soon made it out of the building and to Haru's car. She gently helped Tenchi into the back, while Kana helped Akumu, who was giggling lifelessly, almost like she was forcing herself to be happy. The adults got in, and Kana glanced back at the two children, seeing that Akumu had leaned her head on her sister's shoulder, with Tenchi gently running her fingers through the child's hair.

''Lets go home...'' said Kana with a smile at the small children. Tenchi nodded, a small smile forming on her lips, despite the tears that still drenched her face. They weren't falling anymore, just stained her cheeks. Haru started up the car and they began to ride off into the distance, back to their new home and new life.
