Dragons, Enders, Attack! A Minecraft Story [WARNING: OLD AND CRINGEY]

Chapter Twenty Three

Betty POV

Once I woke up, I felt warmer than usual. I opened my eyes and looked around. I was laying on the ground again but this time the ground was different shades of red, small and large flames were in random places burning, and there were small waterfalls, and lava lakes in front of us. I knew right away where we were. The Nether.

I turned my head the other way and saw everyone else just waking up. When I noticed Willa laying on the ground right beside me, I stood up, walked over to her and saw how bad she had hit her head. There was a huge bruise around the area right above her forehead. Well at least she wasn't bleeding or anything. But we still had to get her to that village Skella spoke of while we continue our journey.

In a few short minutes, everyone was fully awake (Well besides Willa), Cree jumped up and ran to the still lit portal. She took out a new silk touch pick axe and mined one if the bottom blocks. The portal, now missing a block, zapped and buzzed. Then the transparent purple mist faded away and the portal was just a pitch black obsidian frame.

"There! That'll hold the Enderguards for a while. But once they appear out of a new one, then they'll have to try and find us." Cree explained.

Tatum laughed. "Yeah! For all I care they could be ten thousand blocks away right now!"

Suddenly, Skella burst in. "Alright alright! Let's stop the chit chat and get moving! We have to head to that village and drop off Pearl and Willa. They can't come with us to save the biome dragons cause they're too injured."

"Hey! I'm listening y'know Skella!" Pearl shot back.

"Yes, I know you are Pearl. But as you know you can't come with us while you're on crutches. You can't even hold a sword right now........."

Skella and Pearl's conversation faded away in my mind and I soon remembered something very important.

"Uh guys, have any of you noticed that the biome dragons didn't come with us through the portal?"

Everyone went silent. Skella stood there looking even more pale.

Honey facepalmed. "Why do we have to be so stupid? Now the biome dragons are in the hands of the Enderguards."
But in the midst of her talking, a huge Nether portal formed behind her. It was about ten blocks long and twelve blocks high. I walked up to Honey and tapped her in the shoulder. I motioned to the huge portal behind her and she jumped. We could see something coming through it.
Before I knew what I was doing, I grabbed Honey and shoved her out of the way. Something huge was just coming through.
I looked behind me where the portal was and I sighed a huge breath of relief. It was the biome dragons. Well almost all of them. Expect for the Ender dragon, Nether dragon, and Mushroom dragon. All the rest came bustling through.
As soon as the last one filed out of the portal, it buzzed and the entire thing disappeared.
I stood up and ran to the Snow biome dragon. I jumped out and hugged her. She folded her wings around me to hug me back.

Skella sighed. "Well that sorts everything out!"

Once everyone was done freaking out and stuff, we made sure we had everything and got onto the biome dragons. They didn't unfold their wings and start flying because of all the ghasts around so we just walked along the Netherrack floor.
I was seated on the cool Snow biome dragon with Willa. She was still unconscious. I sure hoped we would get to the village in time.

Tatum POV

I was just resting on the desert biome dragon while we traveled to that village Skella spoke of before.

"Hey Tatum." Skella said. She was sitting with me on the same dragon.

"What?" I wondered.

I sat up and looked at her. She reached inside her bag and pulled out the Nether map. She showed it to me.
Skella pointed her finger to the right edge of the map. There was a little white arrow there that was moving slowly.
