Betty POV

I stared but kept my distance as Tatum slowly got up and took a look at us. Her red glowing eyes skimmed across us. They made her look menacing and dangerous overtop of her annoyance and complaining self. Her expression moulded into a confused face when she saw the widened eyes and shaking bodies.

"What are you all looking at? It's just me." She said still confused. I would be confused too but I wasn't in her place.

I stepped in front if everyone else. Slightly trembling I tore these words off of my tongue. "Tatum, maybe you should take a look at your eyes." She still looked confused but I didn't blame her.

I took out my sword and gave it to her so she could take a look at what I meant.
Tatum took the sword, turned it so the blade was on its side. She blinked twice after a few seconds. Then she blinked again. Her expression didn't change until a few seconds. Her blocky face turned to a mix of horror and surprise.
Tatum then dropped the sword and it hit the ground with a loud CLANK! Her eyes were wide open like when you pull out the curtains in a house, and her hands covered her mouth. She took a deep breath and let out a muffled scream through her fingers.
All of us jumped in surprise by the sudden noise. The high pitched yell rang through the the cavern and bounced off of the red and brown mixed walls. Everyone was extremely surprised including myself. We never knew that Tatum could make a noise like this.
The scream lasted for about ten seconds which was quite long for it to happen. Even though Tatum had been covering her mouth, my ears were still ringing once she had finished. The noise bounced inside my eardrums for so long, I thought I had gone deaf. But luckily, the noise faded away.

After about two minutes of calming Tatum down and reassuring her that her eyes didn't look that bad (Well besides Cree saying that Tatum looked like the devil. Tatum had punched her in the jaw for that), she said the first real thing.

"I know now."

I saw Skella's eyebrows furrow and her mouth curled into a confused expression.

"What do you mean?" Skella asked.

"I know how to use my powers now!" She exclaimed.

My eyes widened. My mouth dropped open like when you open a drawer. I was extremely happy. You'd probably suspect that when you saw my face.

"That's, that's, AWESOME!" I exclaimed. But then my face curled into a confused one just like the one Skella did earlier.

"But how?"

Tatum shrugged. "I dunno. I just remember falling to the ground and waking up with a bunch of memories flooding into my brain just like, uh well a flood."

I scoffed a sarcastic scoff. "You sure are good at describing y'know that?"

Tatum chuckled. "Yeah I know. But you have terrible grammar!"

Skella suddenly joined in. "Hey guys! You know what this mean? We can train now!"

Time Skip

For the past two or three hours, we've been practicing with bows, arrows, lighting TNT, combat with each other, and stuff like that and let me tell you, my hands are SO SORE NOW!
Skella had been our coach for the entire time pretty much. For some reason, no one argued with her or anything which is kinda strange. I mean, I would but I don't wanna be alone while doing it. Who knows how much training Skella has been doing all her life.
Anyway, back to the real world. I was getting bored of staying in that cavern (That wasn't that big by the way), so I suggested to myself to go outside for a bit. But I as worried if there were any Enderguards out there.
I shook the thought off for a few more minutes and did a little sword combat with Cree for a bit.
The clanging of two swords patched up any other thoughts about other things. I just focused on using my strength to defeat Cree by getting her on the ground.
Soon, we both got tired and Cree put her hand out for a break. I nodded and we both collapsed on the hard Netherrack floor. A pinch of pain shot from the top of my head to my neck from hitting the ground so hard. I winced slightly but shook the feeling off after a couple seconds. My breaths eventually slowed down and got longer the more I held them in. My chest soon stopped hurting as well. I turned my head to the side and saw small Netherrack pebbles that had probably been cracking and chipping off of the larger blocks. I picked one up and moved it around in my cube-like fingers. It was rough like a leg of a chair that's been scratched on by a cat, and had this warm feeling in it. It was Netherrack after all so why wouldn't it be warm?
I eventually dropped the pebble and heard crunching footsteps against the floor. I sat up too suddenly which made my neck crack a bit. I groaned but turned my head to see Cree just standing up. She was moving her neck around and stretching her arms. I did the same.
In a few minutes, the thought of going outside came back to me. Now I was itching to do so. I looked around the cavern and saw Skella talking to Tatum. I decided it wouldn't hurt to go see them. I hadn't talked for a while anyway.
