Cree POV

The darkness around me faltered ever so slowly. My body ached and burned as I tried to move so I stayed still until my vision cleared. My fingers grazed the top of the smooth cold surface I was laying on and eventually warmed up to my touch.
My eyes fluttered open and I mentally screamed as a large wave of light crashed down onto me. I flew them open wider and let my eyes roll across the area. Everything was carved from a white stone. White floors, white pillars, and white clouds in the distance. Though shockingly, there was no ceiling to the large area. Just a beautiful blue stained sky. Everything was slowly getting easier to see the more I looked at it, until something else that looked quite unusual to the entire thing caught my vision. It was a blob that was a deep purple with a splotch of brown on top, dark blue, almost black, at the bottom, and the rest that peaked out was a skin colour so light it almost looked white. Behind it were a pair of large curtain-like objects with black, neon yellow, red, and orange tracing around it in a miscellaneous fashion.
As the strange object slowly melted together, I mentally gasped as I recognized who it was! Right in first of me laying on the white polished floor was none other than Tatum! Her large dragon wings (that appeared to have come out of nowhere) lay sprawled around behind her fully attached to her back and they glowed ominously in the bright sunlight. Her face was still and peaceful looking as she lay there. I was beginning to have the thought of leaving her there to sleep when a thought struck my mind. A smirk spread across my face and I slowly got up. My feet slipped from under me and I stumbled a couple times, but I made my way to Tatum. My footsteps echoed across the large floor which sounded very lonely and strange.
I kneeled down to look at her and brought my hands out. A sudden call of my name jerked me out of my mischievous plan and I whipped my head around.

"Cree!"

About ten blocks away from me lay Jade who was struggling to get to her feet. A worried expression splashed her smoke and dirt smudged face as her eyes stayed locked onto me.

"What are you doing?" She bellowed across the large polished white floored area.

I pulled a finger to my lips and I bent down as I faced Tatum again. Her expression was still peaceful and still as I placed my hands on her shoulders. I sucked in a deep breath and screamed in her face.

"WAKE UP TATUM!!!"

In an instant, her eyes flew open and she struck her fist against my face. I yelped as my head hit the ground and groaned from the throbbing pain. I clutched my nose as a familiar crimson liquid came out of my nose and ran down the side of my mouth.
Almost immediately, I heard footsteps rattling towards me hurriedly and I felt a pair of hands pull me up into a sitting position. Fear encased my eyes and thoughts as Tatum glared at me. Her breaths were heavy and anger dripping, and her red eyes flared brighter the longer she looked at me. The hand she used to hit me was still balled up into a fist, and she looked like she wanted to repeat the process.

I looked up above me to see Jade holding my shoulders. She slowly sunk to the floor and sat behind me, but scooted over to beside me as she began to inspect my nose. It was bleeding like crazy and I really needed something else to soak it up other than my hands.

In a split second as Tatum began to lunge at me, Affinity grabbed her arms and pulled them behind her back.

"YOU IDIOT I'M GONNA PUNCH THE LIVING NETHER OUT OF YOU!!!" She screamed at the top of her lungs. Her eyes blazed incredibly bright as she spoke, but I still didn't regret my style of a wake up call. No regrets at all!

"Looks like you already have Tatum. You just might've broken Cree's flippin' nose." Jade butted in as her fingers grazed the skin around my nose carefully.
