Toby's POV:

I had to get away. I felt like I was going to explode. She found out. No one ever found out. What can I do to keep her from telling? All of these things just keep circling around in my head as I drove through the country side. I can go as fast as I want. The royal sign on the back of my car says so. I've always liked driving fast it clears my head. but not today.

I find myself at Julies house. I knock on the door and tell her I won’t be needing her to go to my brother's party with me. She breaks down in tears right in front of me and all I do is walk away. I will tell my dad the truth. I will tell him my date got hurt and is bedbound. He may get mad, but I can't stand Julie.

I get back in the car and I notice it's late. I drive home much slower than I did when I was leaving. I make it back home around midnight. Everything seems strangely quiet. I look up to the window into Sam's room and its dark. He never goes to bed before 1.

I go into the house and there are no lights on inside either. "Rylee? Are you here? I need to talk to you. I'm sorry. I know I'm a complete idiot, but there are some things we need to do before you can go home." I call to the quiet house. I get no response. "Rylee you there?" I call again. There is still no response.

I run up the stairs and check every room in the house. There is still no sign of Rylee. I run outside and up to the loft where Sam stays. I beat on the door furiously for about a minute before I feel around for the key on top of the door and let myself in. There is no sign of Sam either.

I run down to the barn to look around. I find Sam's cell phone laying on the saddle table. There is one saddle missing and the huge horse is missing. What was its name? Lily or something like that. Why isn't Rylee at the house. I mean she shouldn't be walking yet should she? I did see the crutches in the hallway... she wouldn't have gone anywhere with Sam would she?

What if she ran away because of what happened? She will never find her way out. Maybe Sam is out looking for her? Yes that has to be it. Sam would never go after Rylee. She is way out of his league. I mean she is beautiful and used to a certain lifestyle. There is no way he could make her happy. I have nothing to worry about.

I will send out a search team to look for her. That’s exactly what I do. In the next 10 minutes I call my mom and have her assemble the search party and send them to my house. Once they get here I send them off in different directions from the house. They all have a walkie talkie and have been instructed to contact me if there is any chance they have found her and have been instructed to wait for me to get there.

The search goes on for hours. There has been no sign of Sam or Rylee so far. Not even hoof prints. She hasn't shown up on any of the trails and if she is off in the woods somewhere there is no way I will find her. I just hope Sam is out there looking for her too. He might have better luck with her.

Sam's POV:

Once we got away from the black horse I was sure we were safe... now I don’t think that’s the case. I feel like every time I turn my head I get a glimpse of a grey stallion. I wasn’t sure until I heard the distinct sound of a neigh come from maybe 40 yards behind us.

I snap the reins and Lilo takes off. I can hear the horse behind  us running as well. Lilo may be big but she isn't the fastest horse in the world. I can tell whoever is riding the grey horse has been riding since they were little. I can hear the horse clearly now and I tell Rylee to pretend to be sleeping. I slow down before bringing Lilo to a stop.

The grey horse walks up beside me and I'm greeted with a smirk. Great, just great. I think to myself. Kyle is here to save the day.

"Hello there baby brother." Kyle says.
