Lovebirds

Zoe invited you and Joe over at her and Alfie's house for a sleepover over the weekend. You two had arrived at their place late in the evening so you could have a movie night with some snacks right away.

"What movie should we watch?" Zoe asked as you were all snuggled up on the couch. "Let's watch Unfriended!" you exclaimed making everyone agree with you. "I thought you've seen it already?" Joe chuckled as he looked at you. "I mean I have but I don't mind watching it again." you playfully hit his chest. "Alright lovebirds, you can save that for later." Alfie laughed before starting the movie. "Disgusting, we're just friends." you quickly said. "Shush, I wanna watch the movie." Zoe exclaimed.

The movie ended about an hour and a half later and you let out a yawn as you looked at your phone to check the time, "Should we go to sleep? It's nearly midnight." you said getting off the sofa slowly. "That sounds like a great idea. Goodnight loves." Zoe smiled before disappearing upstairs with Alfie.

"Do we share a bed?" Joe whispered as he got up and grabbed your hands. "That's a bit risky, darling." you laughed before giving his hands a soft squeeze."Come on, baby. I'll make sure to be up before everyone so no one's gonna notice." Joe whined which made you laugh. "Alright, you little baby. Let's go." you walked towards the guest room, pulling Joe with you by his hand before closing the door behind you.

You and Joe laid down on the bed slowly letting out a relieved sigh. "I'm so tired." you said as you turned on your side to face Joe. He wrapped his arm around your waist and pulled you close as he gave you a soft peck on the lips. "I know. Goodnight, princess." he whispered as you both drifted off to sleep.

In the morning you were woken up by cold water drops which made you sit up quickly to find Alfie in the room, "And here we have Y/N and Joe spooning and cuddling, I always knew you guys are together." Alfie chuckled as he was pointing his vlogging camera towards you and Joe.

"Alfie!" you groaned before you grabbed a pillow and threw it towards him, hitting his stomach. "Come on, just admit it." Alfie said looking at the both of you.

"Mate, it's 9 in the morning plus there's nothing to admit. We're just friends." Joe stated before sitting up on the bed. "Denying is also a way of admitting, my friends." Alfie laughed before turning the camera back to him and walking out of the room.

"You idiot! I thought you would be up before everyone else, huh?" you shook your head with a laugh as you looked over to Joe. "I just realized that's impossible, he wakes up so early I can't win." Joe whined as he grabbed your arm and pulled you onto his lap. "And also, I can just do this now." Joe whispered before pressing his lips against yours, making you kiss him softly with a smile.
