Jealous

As you stood in the kitchen drying and putting away some dishes you were avoiding looking at Joe who stood on the other side of the counter by the iMac that was set up on the desk,

"It was a last minute thing, I'm sorry." Joe said again, you and he had been in an argument about him going on a last minute holiday / youtube adventure to Spain with a couple other Youtubers.

"It isn't the last minute thing I'm annoyed about Joe, it's the fact you're going to be sharing a room with another girl." You put a cup into the cupboard a bit roughly. "We aren't going to be sharing a bed, why are you acting so jealous?" Joe's voice was serious and annoyed.

You stopped drying and turned to glance at him, "I'm not jealous." You stated darkly turning back away, yes you were, of course you were.

"Sure isn't coming across that way, look if you don't want me to go, I'll email the people and tell them I can't go." Joe said giving up a little bit.

"Absolutely not. I'm not having people thinking you aren't allowed to go do things because you have some kind of jealous cow for a girlfriend." You put the drying towel down now and looked out the window above the sink.

"Well! I don't know what you want me to do here (Y/N), do you want me to cancel or not?!" He snapped and you turned around again to look at him face on this time. "Of course I don't! I want you to go and have fun! But I don't like the -" You stopped mid-angered sentence when you seen the door open from the corner of you eye.

Oli stepped in holding his backpack and the spare key he had to the flat, he looked up and instantly the tension could be felt, "bad time?" He asked.

As the same moment you said; "No" and Joe said; "Yes." and Oli looked between the both of you, "I can come back later." He offered gesturing back out the front door. "No, Oli – its fine, lets film." You smiled. Forgetting entirely you were doing videos with Oli today.

"Okay." He said awkwardly and headed toward the steps, you followed him downstairs, you decided to film in Caspar's room, setting up his camera you fixed your hair and brushed down your t-shirt, you were wearing a Marcus Butler t-shirt...

Sitting down you tried filming Oli's video first but you weren't in your normal joking and sassy mood, Oli stopped mid-video to look at you. "Do you wanna talk about it?" He offered and you shook your head, "nope."

"Okay." Oli nodded now and laced his fingers together looking around the surprisingly tidy room of Caspar Lees. "I'm not a jealous bitch am I?" You asked him, "I mean, just because I'm not happy with the idea of him sharing a room with a possibly gorgeous single tart?" You expressed after a moment ago of 'not wanting to talk about it'

"You don't have anything to worry about." Oli assured you, "I mean – I know you worry, you always have." He knew you pretty well, you were Joes girlfriend but Oli's best friend, as Joe had Caspar.

"I'm just so insecure... Joe's so, perfect." You sighed and shook your head, looking at the hardwood floor.

"Trust me, if you knew how much Joe spoke about you when you aren't around ... It's disgusting, he loves you. I mean, really loves you. You won't have to worry about him straying off." He laughed, putting his arm around your shoulders and squeezing you close.

"You are the love of his life, you're amazing and he isn't going to do anything to lose you, believe me." He kissed the top of your head.

"Thank you Oli." You lowly spoke and he laughed. "You're welcome, (Y/N). If you want... You could tell him you're going on a vacation with me at the same time." He grinned.

"But, we aren't going on vacation Oli." You raised your eyebrow. "Not yet, but we're young, we work online and we have credit cards." He pointed out and you laughed. "This is very true." You smirked.
