4. Help Me!

Chapter 4:

I wake feeling pain all over my body, I suck in air to breath but its so painful.

I slowly open my black and blue swollen eyes and glance around.

I'm still at the bottom of the stairs where my "Father" beat me.

I hear my parents talking in their room and I smell the aroma of weed(well that's nothing new). I slowly try to get up, I wince and bite my lip to surpress my pained whimpers. I stand but can't put any weight on my left leg where he stabbed me, I sigh and wobble torwards the door.

I can't stay here right now, I'm going to probably die if I don't get help. Either from my wounds or from my parents coming to beat me again.

I make it outside without anyone knowing and I hobble away from my house as fast as I can. I quickly get out of breath and the pain is getting worse, honestly I don't even know how I'm still standing.

I suddenly fall to the ground, unable to get up I cry and lay there.

I slowly reach into my pocket and pull out my cell phone, oh thank god! I have signal!

But why didn't I call anyone before? Ugh Stupid!!

I quickly dial Cole's number.

"Hello...." he answers sleepily.

"Cole!" I try to scream but it comes out all scratchy and hoarse.

"Lily?!" he asks more awake now.

"Help Me...." I say before passing it again.

3rd person POV:

Cole looks at his phone in shock,"Lily! Lily!" he almost shouts into it,"Where are you? What's going on?!" when he gets no replie he quickly leaves his Uncles house and hops into his car. He doesn't know where she is but she's in danger or hurt, he drives as fast as he can even breaking the speed limit but luckly no cops are around.

He drives to her neighborhood first.

As he goes down the street he happens to glance over and see a heap of something on the side of the road.

He screeches to a stop and jumps out of the car. He runs to what might just be nothing, to his surprise and happiness it's Lily! She's all bloody though.

"Lily! Oh my god!" he rushes to her side and sees that she's unconscious. He picks her up carefully, noting the bad wound on her leg and carefully lays her in his car.

He jumps back into the drivers seat and speed to the closest hospital.

Once there he picks up her light and beaten body and pretty much runs into the emergency ward.

"Help!!" he yells,"My girlfriend is hurt and dying!"

Nurses run to him quickly and take Lily from him and put her on a hospital bed and start to wheel her away. He starts to follow but a nurse with red hair stops him.

"Sir you have to wait out here," she tells him,"Ally here will need to ask you some questions about her."

He nods and turns to a short brown haired girl who must be Ally.

The other lady leaves and Ally asks him questions.

"What is her name?"

"Lily Colwells."

"Do you know what happened to her?"

He shakes his head,"No I just got a call from her saying"Help Me!"
