Chapter 3

"Remember you are now my wife, Midnight." he said casually habang kinakain ang tinapay ko.

"I don't care." I said and closed the door behind me so forcefully I think it might be broken.

Kumukulo ang dugo ko sa lalaking yun. Pagdating ko ng school agad akong pumunta sa music room the only place with privacy in this school.

Lahat ng nag-aaral dito galing sa mayayaman na pamilya. They think that I only got into this school because of a scholarship.

Well dun sila nagkakamali. You see, our family is one of the richest besides sa family ni Zero. Kaya nga na-arrange marriage kami at ang mga lolo namin ay magbestfriend and also partners in business. So no wonder na maging mag-asawa talaga kami.

And I know they have another reason. If you're asking what am I doing in the music room, every morning pumupunta ako dito to play the piano. Linulubos lubos ko ang pagpunta ko dito dahil paglabasko dito sa room na to there will be another world outside.

I finished playing a piece at inayos na ang mga gamit ko. Ang glasses ko linagay ko lang muna sa ibabaw. Yes, I wear glasses pero wala itong grado. I just like to give them the impression that I'm a nerd. My eyes are pretty fine at inaalis ko lang siya pagwala ako sa school and of there aren't anyone except for myself.

I bent down para kunin ung mga gamit ko na nasa sahig when I heard the door opened. Napatigil ako at pinakiramdaman ang paligid.

"Hello?May tao ba dito?" I heard a low voice.

"Maybe it was just my imagination." then I heard the door creaked.

That was close. Bihira lang ang dumaan dito sa music room dahil nasa likod na parte ito ng school. Nagmadali na akong lumabas at pumunta na sa classroom namin.

"Great you're here." sabi ni Shira sa harap ko. Tiningnan ko lang siya pero binalik ko lang ang tingin sa binabasa ko.

"Do my homework bago dumating ang teacher na'ten." she said at umalis na kasama ang leeches niya.

I call them leeches because their just social climbers. Dikit ng dikit sa mga populars ng school as if they will become one someday.

She's Shiira Mariones ang isa sa pinaka sikat na estudyante ng school. In this school there is a caste system. The rich kids stick with the rich kids so basically it's just mind your own business. Ako naman I am a loner pero di talaga maiiwasang magkaroon ng isa na magkaroon ng kaibigan kahit gano mo pa ka gustong maging loner.

"GOOD MORNING MIDNIGHT!!!" rinig kong sigaw galing sa hallway.

Sh!t! She's already here. 1, 2, 3... *blaaag* All of the students in the room looked at her na parang isang wierdo pero nakangiti lang siya ng pumasok.

Napailing nalang ako ng makalapit siya sa table ko.

"Good morning Shania Midnight Young, Ginger "the Great" Gale Buenavista is at your service."

she smiled broadly and even saluted.

"Every morning you're like this. Cut it out will you please, and stop calling me 'midnight'."

sabi ko pero di ko pa rin siya tinitingnan.

"Bakit naman eh dramatic entrance nga eh and what's wrong with calling you midnight? It's your name after all." she said while pouting.

Napailing na lang ulit ako dahil sa babaeng toh. I think you already know who she is. Ginger Gale Buenavista she's the only person who approached me in this school. Masyadong mahaba ang history namin ni Ginger so I won't bother telling you.
