** Stanlee POV **

When we arrived at school, the news had already spread like wildfire.

"Is it true?" someone whispered.

I kept my expression blank, ignoring the noise around us.

"They don't look good together," another voice chimed in.

I didn't care. None of it mattered. All that mattered was the woman walking quietly beside me.

Her eyes were distant, unreadable... as if something heavy was weighing on her heart.

She slowed down for a moment, then continued walking—but I felt it.

The sudden coldness in her presence.

Others might not notice.

But I did.

And it made me uneasy.

When we reached the classroom, we took our seats as whispers filled the air.

Then three men entered. My gaze darkened the moment I saw them staring at her.

My fiancée.

Yes... my fiancée.

And I wasn't going to let her go.

Not now. Not ever.

After a while, we stepped out and headed toward the student council office.

Something felt off.

And she... she was too quiet.

When we arrived, chaos briefly unfolded—but I didn't care to understand it.

All I knew was that she might lose control.

So before anything could happen, I gently pulled her away and brought her inside her office.

The door closed behind us.

"What are you doing?" she asked, her voice cold but steady.

I didn't answer.

I just looked at her... and smiled.

She really was beautiful.

Suddenly—

*Thud*

I winced.

She hit me.

Hard.

"Stay here," she said firmly.

But I reached for her hand and gently pulled her closer, trapping her between my arms—not to restrain her, but to calm her.

We locked eyes.

"You can't leave... not like this," I whispered softly near her ear.

"Not until you're calm."

She glared at me, but I only smiled.

And before she could say anything else, I leaned in and kissed her. At first, she didn't respond but slowly... she melted.

The tension between us faded into something softer, deeper.

We pulled away for a breath, both of us catching it at the same time.

I smiled at her. And then I kissed her again—more gently this time.

She responded.

And I knew...

I was already in too deep.

The world outside disappeared.

It was just us.

Her hands rested on my shoulders, holding onto me like I was the only thing grounding her.

I lifted her carefully and sat her on the edge of the table, never breaking the closeness between us.

She looked at me with that familiar, playful glint in her eyes.

And just like that, my resolve weakened.

I tried to step back but she pulled me in again.

I couldn't help but smile.

She really knew how to undo me.

"My love," I whispered softly against her skin.

Her breath hitched slightly.

"Bed," she murmured and with that, I gave in.

I carried her gently into the next room and laid her down carefully, as if she were something fragile and precious.

Every touch, every kiss—it wasn't rushed.

It was slow.

Intentional.

Like we were trying to memorize each other.

Her laughter, her soft whispers, the way she held onto me—

It all felt... right.

Like this was where I was meant to be.

Later, when everything quieted down, I pulled her close and pressed a soft kiss on her forehead.

"Je t'aime, ma fiancée," I said. (I love you, my fiancée)

"Je t'aime..." she whispered back, her voice soft and sleepy. (Love you...)

Moments later, she drifted off in my arms.

I chuckled quietly, brushing her hair away from her face.

She looked so peaceful.

I made sure she was comfortable before lying beside her, holding her close as sleep took over me too.

When I woke up, I felt her stirring beside me.

I opened my eyes and found her already looking at me—with that teasing smile.

I groaned softly, making her laugh.

An idea crossed my mind.

I looked at her mischievously.

She narrowed her eyes, realizing too late what I was about to do.

I pulled her closer and kissed her again.

This time, it was softer.

Playful.

Warm.

We pulled away, both smiling—Until our stomachs growled at the same time.

We both laughed. That's when we realized how late it already was.

After fixing ourselves, we stepped outside—

Only to find people still waiting.

I froze.

Don't tell me...

They heard something?

I looked at her.

She simply shook her head, as if to reassure me.

Then I noticed their reactions.

I couldn't help but chuckle.

Yeah...

This was going to be a long night.

I sighed, glancing at her.

And somehow, I already knew—

Life with her would never be quiet.

But I wouldn't trade it for anything.
