Chapter 5

While Liam was doing his thing, Niall was hanging out with Harry, Zayn and Louis. Weird, right?

They were at Niall's house, playing video games. Niall was winning, he was beating 3 14 year old people at video games. Ha.

Their were playing when Niall's mom came up to his room, bursting through the door.

"Niall!" Mrs. Horan said.

"Yes, mom?" Niall answered.

"Liam's in the hospital. He's in coma."

"What?! No! What did he try to do?"

"Kill himself." Niall didn't even need to know, before he ran out of the house with his friends and mom calling after him. He ran all the way to the hospital. When he got there he went to the main desk.

"Um, excuse me. Where's Liam Payne's room?" Niall asked politely.

" 7th floor. Turn right its the 23rd door on your right, room 2010. (See what I did there? That's when 1D was made ha!)"

"Thanks!" Niall ran to the elevator and got in and pressed floor 7. When it got there Niall ran out of the elevator and to Liam's room. He busted right through the door. Mr. Payne stood up.

"There you are! Do you know why Liam would have done this?" Mr. Payne asked.

"No. That's why I came running here." Niall answered.

"Ok, well I'll leave so you can have some time with him, doctor said he can hear you he just cant respond." With that she stood up and left.

Niall walked over to Liam and brought a chair over to the side of the bed and sat down. He took hold of Liam's hand.

"Li. Why did you do this?" Niall cried, while tears poured out of his eyes. "If it was because I ignored you, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to. Its just that everyone said being gay was wrong and I believed them and I'm so sorry Li! I just, I knew I was different. I'm 10 and I shouldn't have to deal with me sexuality. Its not fair. For either of us. I'm sorry Liam. I realized a couple days ago that its okay to be gay. I'm friends with Louis, Zayn, and Harry. We hang out all the time, their all gay. Harry is dating our teacher Nick Grimshaw. And Louis and Zayn are dating. Mr. Grimshaw and Harry were on Harry's bed cuddling, Zayn and Louis were cuddling on a bean bag chair. And I was on my Ipod looking at pictres of us. And I started crying."

*Flashback* (Set in Niall's point of View for the flashback.)

Me, Mr. Grimshaw, Harry, Louis and Zayn were hanging out at Harry's house.

Mr. Grimshaw and Harry were cuddling on Harry's bed, their dating. Louis and Zayn were cuddling on a bean bag chair. They were dating too.

I was sitting alone.

Because I choose to ignore Liam. Because I thought being gay was wrong. Boy did I think wrong.

I was looking at pictures of me and Liam on my Ipod. I starting crying but didn't realize it. Until I heard Harry speak up.

"Nialler, what's wrong? Why you crying? What are you looking at?" Harry said while sitting up. Everyone else sat up too.

"Nothing. Its nothing." I said while wiping the tears away.

"Bullshit, give me your Ipod." Nick said. Me and him have become close.

I sighed. But handed over my Ipod to Nick.

"Well, I can see why you were cryin. These are adorable moments with you and Liam!" Nick exclaimed.

He passed the phone to everyone else. And they agreed.

"Ni, what happened with you and Liam?" Louis asked carefully.

"I called him a fag and started ignoring him.." Niall said quietly.

"What?! Why?!" They all asked.

"Because being ay is wrong!"

"No! Its no where near being wrong!"

"Then what is it?"

"I'll tell you what I think should happen." Louis said. "I think being gay is perfectly fine. Its who you are. You should be proud of who you are! Screw what other people think! Its your life you body, you can do what you want with it! People can try to get you to change but it will never work! You can't change someone! Its who you are! They should except that! Be proud of yourself! Your going to have hate along the way, I promise you that. But haters are going to hate. You can't be successful if you don't have hate! You cant change someone! No matter how hard you try! You can't! That's just not right! Ok! Being gay is perfectly fine! Some people prefer dicks instead of chicks! Ok! And someone girls like chicks instead of dicks! That's who they are! Ok! No one can change you! Only you can do that."

*end of flashback*

 Right after he said that, Liam's hand rapped around Niall's.

"Liam? Liam? Are you awake?" Niall asked hopefully. Liam's eyes opened and he looked right at Niall. And said the words He's been wanted to tell Niall for so long.

"I love you too, Niall. Forever and Always. To infinity and beyond."
