Chapter 4

I woke up hoping it was just a dream. But when I opened my eyes I saw that I was still in a castle, still a princess and my brothers that were around Roxy and I.
"This is just a dream" Roxy and I said pushing our faces into the pillow.
"It isn't a dream" said Quinn. Well that just is terrible. What are we going to do? I remember that Roxy and I are now princesses, my brothers a princes and my mother is a maid. I sat up really quick that made Connor stumble.
"Where is mum?" I started to panic. Where could she be? What has happened to her? Is she ok?. All of these questions started to come rushing in.

"She is in the servants sleeping quarters" We turned around to see Josh and Tom probably a year older then Roxy and I standing in the hall way.
"Ok and who are you?" Said Luke. Oh my gosh. Didn't he hear it is Tom and Josh.
"I'm Josh"
"And I'm Tom his twin" Ok that I didn't know. I just thought they were brothers born on different days.
"Ok and how do you know?" Said Zac. Sometimes I wonder if my brothers even have a brain.
"Because we have lived here longer then you" said Josh. Ok this isn't going to go well. Literally you can feel the tension in the air. Roxy and I looked at each other nervously. Then my brothers, Josh and Tom started to close in on each other. The I whispered to Roxy.
"You get my brothers and I will their highnesses" she nodded
"Ok" so we jumped off the bed and tried to calm down the fight. I went to the princes and Roxy went to my brothers.
"Ok guys we no need to get into a fight," I said trying to calm them down. Then I turned to my brothers "Would mother like this?" I think that worked because they backed down. I turned back to their highnesses.
"Please don't get in fight with them" I don't usually do this but I was begging them.
"Ok and by the way our mother has organised for you two and us to go on a horse ride after when you two have gotten dressed. Bye" said Josh there was a mischievous glint in his eyes. Which I didn't like
"Ok. Bye" I replied
"Oh and umm meet up in the hall"
"Ok"

After when we have gotten dressed into clothes fit for horse riding which was leggings with a skirt over them, a top and boot like shoes. I said "The thing that bothers me is that why are you and I going on a horse ride with them and my brothers aren't invited"
"I know it's like they don't want us to be near them"she replied
"It's weird"
"I know" I just don't why they don't want us to be near them.

Before we went to the hall we went to find the kitchen. It toke a while but we found it. We were suppose to get a slice of bread before we went. Well Roxy actually cut to slices of bread while I got a carving knife from one of the draws. We stuffed the bread in our mouths and hurried to the hall.

When got to the hall a hand went over our mouths followed by a potato sack. Great. We tried to screaming but we couldn't. I could tell that we were being dragged somewhere. All of a sudden I fainted from the shock.

I started to wake up a bit then I remembered. I shot my eyelids open to find that Roxy and I were tied up and on the ground. We were kidnapped but when my eyes adjusted. We were in I think was the royal stables with Josh and Tom in front of us. Well technically Josh was in front of me and Tom in front of Roxy. I whispered to Roxy
"Roxy are you a wake?" I waited for a reply and I got one.
"Yes and I wish I wasn't" she said. I turned my head around to see Tom playing with her hair. Then Josh moved my head so I was facing him. To be honest he actually was good looking I would fall for him if he wasn't a maniac. Then he said.
"You look very pretty with golden blonde hair, your blue eyes and your pink lips." His gaze dropped to my lips. Please don't think of kissing me please please please. Well guess what? He did. I tried to push away but it's kind of hard when you have someone behind you and your tied up. I tried to scream it worked but I don't think anyone would here me. Then Roxy screamed I probably knew what was happening. Tom was kissing her. Then I remembered I had a knife I got it and tried to cut the rope it worked after that I put it away. I jumped up and pushed Josh away from me and Roxy did the same. But they just said "I like you even more" I think I threw up in my mouth.

We were pushed up against a wall with Tom and Josh making sure we don't escape again. We screamed but we knew no one would hear us. Then two boys probably a little bit older and taller then Roxy and I jumped out from the shadows and pushed Tom and Josh away from us. The next thing we knew was that we were on a separate horse with one of the boys in front of riding away from Josh and Tom. Thank goodness.

We finally stopped riding and hopped off the horses. I was still in shock same with Roxy. Then one of the boys said "You girls ok" I really don't know how to answer this but I just said
"Yes" then Roxy said
"Yes" we were in silence then the same boy asked
"My name is Lachlan and this is my brother Edward. What's your name?"
"My name is Katherine and this is my best friend Roxy. We are you know the new princesses." I said
"Sorry your highness" they both said. Then Roxy said
"Just call me Roxy and her Kat it's kinda her nickname" I think both of us don't like being called 'your highness'.
