With Benefits: Chapter 14

Johnson-

Jack and I made our way down stairs. And to the dinning room where everyone was. An older lady with blonde hair and pretty brown eyes walked over to us.

She pulled Jack into a hug. He hugged back a little. "Its nice to see you again Jack." She says to as she pulls away.

"How was the tour?" She ask looking at both of us. "It was fun." Jack says smiling. "We haven't formally met I'm Caroline, and you must be the other Jack." She smiles. "I nod and shake her hand. "Its nice to meet you." I say politely.

"Likewise." We take our seat. Jacks Mom and Caroline, seats across form jack and I. And To empty seats at the end for Molly and laura.

Jacks mom gives us a thankful smile as Molly and laura bring the food out and take their seats as well.

I pick up my fork. "Why don't we all say our grace first?" Jack mom smiles. I mentally laugh. She must really like this women cause I've never seen this family say and grace before. We all join hands.

I feel my heart flutter a bit being able to hold jacks hand in front of people. Its feels really good. We all close our eyes and bow our heads.

"God will you please bless us and the food we have been given. Amen."

"Amen." Everyone repeats after Jacks mom. We start to eat and everyone making small talk. Except Jack and I we just eat. He looks at me with eyes saying, why hasn't she told us yet.

I shrug. And continue eating. He sighs. I put my hand under the table and intertwine Jack and I's fingers. He blushes a little. I blush, knowing I made him blush.

"So Jack and Jack, any big plans for college after high school. I mean this is your last year." Caroline asks. Jack squeezes my hand, I take that as a sigh he wants me to talk. " Jack and I our actually moving out to LA and going on tour this summer." I say.

She nods. "That's exciting."

"I hope you guys make this dream of your happen, your really too talented to waste it." I smile and thank her. They go on with another conversation about Caroline dog. I look over to Jack to see him playing with the rest of his food.

"Uh, Jack. Caroline and I have something to tell you." Jacks eyes shot up form his plate.

"I want you to at least try to be okay with it." He sighs.

Jacks mom take a deep breath. Caroline grabs her hand. Telling her she could do this. "Caroline and I are....we're together." She says looking at him for a reaction. "I accept you." He says. I big smile grows on her face. She jumps up and hugs him tightly.

"I'm so glad your okay with it." She sighs. "So your gay now?" He asks pulling away from the hug. "Yeah, I mean I've always been Caroline helped me realize that." His mom says.

"But What about Dad? You guys were together for years and you seemed fine." Jack says. "I know, but I've always felt like something was missing in my life. And now I know why I felt that way. I loved your dad very much but, I knew we weren't meant to be." She says.

He nod and hugs her once more before taking their seats. "Oh, I forgot to tell you. The company is expanding and we're moving out to London." She as if its the most causal thing in the world to say. My heart brakes. "What!?" Jack shot up from his seat. "We can't move our whole life is here! My school! My friends! Jack's here! I can't- I won't leave him!" Jack yells. "Jack clam down," Molly says.

"Look Jack, I know you have no intention of moving out there with us. So I thought I could get you a condo for the rest of the school year. And then you continue on with the plan you and Jack have." She says.
"So you guys were just planning on leaving me?" He says. "Jack your 18, you'll be fine without me."

"-and its not like you can't visit or we can't visit. I would love for you to come to London with us. But like I said I know you have no intention of doing that. So I've come up with this." She sighs.

"I know this is sudden but, After high school you can come out to London or continue your plan with Jack its up to you."

"But I'm sure, those London fan's would love to meet you for the first time." She says.

"Why aren't you guys backing me up on this?!" Jack eyed Molly and Laura.

"Jack, stop acting like a baby." Molly says. "Yeah, everything's not always about you." Laura adds. Jack clenches his jaw. "Let's go J." Jack grabbed my hand and pulled me out the front door. Ignoring his mother screaming his name.

We get into his car. He starts it up but doesn't pull off. He bangs his hands on the steering wheel a few times making me jump.

He looks at me with watery eyes. He gives me a sad smile. "I love you." He says. My heart start racing hearing him say those words. "I love you so much. And I'm not leaving. My family can go to London all they want but I'm not leaving you." He says.

"I love you too." I finally say. He smiles. "I don't really want to be home tonight. Is it alright if I stay the night at your place?" He asks. "Of course." I say.
