N: "As long as we're going to end up in Belarus, then home, I'm fine coming along with you, even if it would be slower," Johann replied, then smiled, "you're not escaping your younger brother, Derogan."
M: Oh dear, have mercy on me, I beg you." MA laughed, "Just don't expect me to be holding any conversations, being blindfolded makes me tired as it is, but with my dizziness, I feel like I'm gonna pass out at any second."
"Don't go to sleep just yet, sir, we still need to transfer you to the truck," the nurse told him, "sit tight for just a moment more while someone gets a stretcher, once you're in the vehicle, then you can resume your rest."
The militant nodded in understanding, continuing to chat with Johann while everyone else was being prepared to leave.Russia was there to bid everyone farewell and to assure them that they wouldn't be followed or hunted. Once the final checks were performed and everyone was as ready as they were ever going to be, they were boarded onto one of Russia's private jets rather than a military plane, just so they would be a bit more comfortable.
That being said, once the aircraft took off and they were in the sky, most of the occupants were pretty nervous about being so high up. Mostly those who died well before JE, GE, and Leilong, since they and, surprisingly, Sakura, were pretty unbothered by being so high up.
N: Saxon kept on tentatively glancing outside, feeling his stomach drop whenever he saw how high up they were.
"I guess this is what the Wright Brothers had succeeded in then," the British muttered with a tremble in his voice, "I will never understand how Anglo gets used to these heights."
"I'll never understand how anyone can get used to this," Caledonia corrected, his hands tightly holding onto the armrests, while Hibernia seemed like he was also on edge, "why did anyone think that this was a good idea?"
M: "Because it helps people get from one place to the next in a faster time," Poldara explained, "you've seen the distance from Russia to Belarus, it certainly doesn't look that far on paper, but from the ground it could take days to get to our destination on foot or horse carriage. In a car, it would take at least a day to get to the lab, but in this, all but a few hours at best."
"Or, if you're like GE and I, you can use these things for warfare," JE added, "a plane this big would be used for bombing or troop carrying, you can either get your soldiers to the front lines faster, or completely decimate a whole company with one shot."
"Wow, old habits really do die hard, don't they?" GE commented, to which his fellow ex-empire shrugged, "I feel like I became so much less war-driven when I came back; it took the humans weeks to get me to even pick up a gun."
A small crash sound interrupted the conversation and caused a few of the countries to yelp in fear, thinking that they were going to fall out of the sky. But no, they all turned to the sound of the crash and saw that Sakura had found the alcohol cabinet and accidentally knocked down a shelf, thankfully not breaking any bottles.
N: Saxon shook his head as he got up to check on the young girl, although he was very surprised by the stability of the flight as he walked over.
"Now look who's here," he chuckled as he propped up everything that had dropped beforechecking on her, "looks like someone's active. You're very relaxed on this plane, aren't you?"
"If you think she's calm about being in the air, look at him," Wolfgang called out as he pointed at HRE.The German was quite literally napping, his head resting against the side of the plane as his wings shivered from time to time.
