Perspective

Everything changes when you change how you look at it,
If you wake up from a coma, you can become anyone,
And just because they said it, and you had no choice but to believe it,
And yet if you tell yourself to become number one,
You will never try so hard to seize it,
In life it's not all fun,
Sometimes there are moments that can't leave it,
But if they tell you that you can't reach the sun,
You still believe that you have a chance at the stars,
Chase the visions and become the future father, not the son,
Just because they say no, doesn't mean you can't overpass the cars.

They say so much to change our thinking,
And when you vote they say it's your own opinion,
It's like voting to go elsewhere when the ship is sinking,
Change your perspective, and never ever become a minion.

If you were told that you were born to be someone,
You will try so hard to be that someone,
But when you hear that you become anything,
You go outside and look around, for anything,
You try so hard to be somebody,
So hard that you forget that you are somebody,
You just need a new future,
And all you need is to make sure that you change your line of sight,
Fix your scars with that suture,
Fight with all of your might, 'till you get your perspective right.
