(A/N) I know that it says musical love it the picture above, (that was the old name of the story) but that's because I wrote this chapter before I changed the name. Thanks for reading! Enjoy! If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

The girl jumped froward and hugged me tightly.

"Oh Millie!" She cried. She sniffled and I gave her a tissue. "Thank you" she said, her voice muffled by my hair. I grabbed a napkin and scribbled on it. "What's wrong?"

"Terrible things! Someone.... Someone's taken Jackson out of the hospital but no one knows where he is. It's horrible, they say he's been kidnapped! My mom and dad are really worried.... And I am too." Skylar said. I wrapped my arms around her and squeezed her tight.

"You'll be alright" I mouthed. I knew she couldn't hear me but she relaxed as if she had. She pulled back and wiped her eyes. She settled down into the seat beside me.

"I didn't know who else to turn to. I can't tell this part to mom and dad, they wouldn't understand, but Ocean said that you kidnapped him. A bunch of people at the hospital have heard it as well as people at school. That's why I came here. I ran off during morning break. I heard a bunch of seventh graders talking about how you'd stolen a hospital patient." Skylar took a breath and shoved her hands into her jacket pocket.

Now that her hood was off I could see a bruise starting to form over her right eye and her lip was split. I gasped and set my hand on her cheek. She reluctantly let me.

"What happened?" I wrote. She shrugged.

"I told the girls that it was a lie, that you didn't take Jackson. They told me to back off and that the police were investigating the case. We.... We got into a fight about it." Skylar shrugged at the end of her tale. I got up and went to the lunch lines. Seeing that no one was around, I grabbed a bag of ice and a handful of fries on a styrofoam plate.

I returned to Skylar with the ice. I placed it on her eye and she took it gratefully, then we ate the rest of the fries. A few minutes before the lunch bell rang, I gave Tiffany a note saying that Skylar and I were skipping school to research Jackson's disappearance. After a minor freak out from Tiffany, she agreed to go to class like normal.

As the bell rang, Skylar and I slipped out the back doors. We crossed the back parking lot and made our way to a line of trees at the edge of campus. I pulled my hood up and tucked my cast into my sleeve. I didn't want to leave any trace that could identify us and that we were the ones skipping school.

"Where do we go?" Skylar asked. I shrugged. Suddenly I found an idea. I typed a message onto my phone and Skylar read the message. "Oh no" she mumbled. She looked at me and I nodded. "Okay" she said. "To Ocean's house we go."
