Chapter 3

It is almost two in the morning and the party seems to mellow down. A few people said their goodbyes and left for home. The others who are to wasted stayed behind to sleep over.

The ones who left gave me their I’ll-miss-you speech and hugs, which I quickly brush off before I’ll start weeping like a girl on the corner.

There are only 13 people left in the house; Paul and Jessica who I believe are sleeping in the one of the rooms Luke told us we can use. Luke is helping the Mercy who is puking her guts out in the toilet. Fred and Erik are talking outside on the patio, guy talk I guess or smoking pot, Erik always has a stash whenever there’s a party. 

Lastly Kae, Liam, Jake, Gab, Kris, Cass, Matty and I are playing some SnB (suck and blow) it’s the game which we balance a card on our lips by sucking in air then passing it to the person to our left by blowing it while he/she sucks. The person who drops the card has to take a shot.  After a few runs of the game, people suggested to change the game since they kept on dropping the card thus having to drink more shots.

So we decided to play spin the bottle combining it with truth or dare renaming it kiss or dare, so the person has to either kiss the person which the bottle is pointed to, or create a dare that he/she has to do, but all depends if the person if he or she chooses to be dared or to kiss.  I joined the game since I have nothing else to do and besides we were having fun.

Jake started the game by spinning the bottle, as the bottle spins, there is a mix of facial expressions and emotions among the group, there are the one who are excited, nervous, afraid, and happy. The bottle is slowing down and then it stops pointing at Matty. We all shouted kiss or dare in unison towards Matty. Since they are both straight guys Matty went for the dare, which gave Jake an evil grin. He dared Matty to run around the house naked. We laughed and cheered him as he starts to strip. Matty removed his clothing one by one as the girls started whistling and wooing. I’m excited to as well to be able to see his body, heck I’m into guys so why not, I laugh at myself while thinking about this.

I saw Kae and she was raising his eyebrows at me giving me that all knowing grin of hers, and I just gave her finger to shut her up, which end up in her laughing. Like me, Kris is also eager to see Matty naked, Kris the only openly gay in our group, he has a feminine body and look, sometimes people think his a lesbian it’s actually the other way around. He’s been like that since he was a kid, we saw some pictures of him when he was younger and she actually looks like a girl if you just dress him like one.

Matty is just wearing his boxers now, he took one last look at us before he dropped his boxers, and my god it’s a freaking bush down there. “Ever heard of manscapping” Liam shouted. “Oh shut up, besides that how it’s supposed to be” Matty answered and turned around to go out the back door.

We all followed him to the door and watch him as he start to quicken his pace and run towards the left side of the house shouting and wailing until he made a full round and came in the same door he went out. Jake tossed him his clothes demanding him to put them on. “Now put your clothes on, your starting to make some people feel uncomfortable” He said.

“I don’t know, I think I’ll keep it this way, let it breathe a little” Matty replied with a grin.

“At least put your boxers on” Cass suggested shyly offering him his boxers as she look away. “Fine” Matty said putting back his boxers.

“Alright then my turn to spin”, he continued. This time the bottle pointed at Cass and surprisingly she choose kiss. They kissed for five seconds then split away, I swear I saw Cass blush as she glances at Matty.  Speaking of the idiot, he is smiling like crazy, satisfied by the kiss.

Cass had a turn in spinning the bottle then it landed on Gab. Gab chooses dare of course, since she is new to the group, Cass had given her a simpler one.  She dared her to drink a shot while being suspended upside down. She did it of course but as soon as she sat up some of the liquor went into her nasal cavity and out her nostrils, which made us all laugh. She took out a tissue and blew her nose but still laughed with us. The guys outside (Fred and Erik) noticed that we are laughing out loud and having fun so they decided to join us. Luke on the other hand helped Mercy to bed but ended up sleeping beside her as well.

The game continued and we were all laughing and drunk.  Kae kissed Cass, Fred was dared to use one of the ready to use wax paper sheets on his hairy legs which made him shout as it left a block of hairless area on his upper thigh which looks weird. Jake was dared to prank call his mom, Liam ended up doing a strip tease dance in the middle of the circle which made me really happy and Kae kept on eyeing me and grinning.

Liam then spun the bottle after his performance; we all waited as the bottle slowed down and pointed at Kris. We were all expecting him to dare so we started to plan for a good one, but what he did surprised as all.

“I choose kiss”, Kris said. All of us are stunned, some even have their mouths open. It was silent until Erik spoke, “Go on then kiss Liam, you have five seconds”.  Of course he chooses to kiss the hot guy, I so hate him right now. But was a game, so I let this one pass.

Kris moved closer to Liam, he slowly leaned to meet Liam’s face. Why is Liam not even flinching or trying to move back? Does he like this situation right now? Crap, I’m psyching myself again.

Kris planted his lips into Liam’s and the gang started counting.

“1...2....3...” they counted in chorus, then at chant of “4....”, I was shocked when Liam parted his lips allowing Kris to enter and now they are having some tongue action. God how I wish I was Kris right now. I thought as I start to feel jealous.

“5!” the group chanted, we were all waiting for them to break apart but they continued, the group was chanting, wooing, and all sorts of things, they even continued the count.

“6...7....8...9”, my heart started to beat faster. I felt sudden anger towards both of them and a hint of jealousy. I can’t believe I’m feeling hurt. I felt like I was being tortured watching them kiss. My sight blurring, tears clouding my eyes.

I stood up and walked out the patio, took out my smoke but can’t seem to light it up. My hands our shaking and my eyes continue to tear up. What’s wrong with me? Why do I feel like this? Liam and I aren’t even together. God I’m so delusional.

For the last time I tried to light my cigarette but failed big time, with anger I threw it out with the lighter and buried my eyes in my hand instead.
