[Third Person's POV]

Day after day, the girls worked hard on their trainings. They learnt new techniques, reflected upon the feedback from their coaches, and, overall, made astounding progress. Motivated by Delia's harsh words, they were all extremely determined to pass the test for pro-assassins.

Juniper taught them to take advantage of stealth; Oak demonstrates the usefulness of combat; Roman educated them on the different assassins, weapons, and mission types; Birch trained them daily to enhance their endurance and agility; and Bob constantly threw them mini tests to keep the girls mentally alert.

After three month of continuous training, they've finally reached the last stage of becoming pro-assassins.

[Serena's POV]

"Such progress! I'm impressed," Delia exclaimed as she examined us one by one.

"We're not the same as we were three month ago!" I declared. It was true. We've been through all types of harsh trainings, and I could tell clearly that all my stats had increased drastically.

I exchanged glances with Misty, Dawn, Iris, and May. Our shared experiences for the past few months had deepens our friendship profoundly. We could do this!

"Okay then, for your last test..." Delia started, "you have to complete a mission for me one by one."

Haha. I can't do this.

"One by one?" I bit my lips.

Over these three months, we've done everything together. Uncertainty swelled up inside me at the mentioning of individual tests. My heart was speeding up as I got more nervous by each passing second. Suddenly, I felt Misty grip on to my shoulders to calm me down. I smiled at her.

"Individually—yes, but Ash will be there to accompany the each of you. You can say that he will be the one to decide whether or not you pass."

We all glanced over to Ash, who was listening to our conversation, surprisingly.

"For the past three months we have analyzed your weaknesses and strengths, and also your fears," she explained, "in fact, we have prepared personalized test stages for all of you, which was to be compelled in order to pass."

"This is actually quite exciting!" Dawn squealed.

"I'm so nervous!" May chimed in.

This was going to be the first mission for all of us. Not to mention, we were expected to do it alone! I held my breath.

"So? Who wants to go first?" Delia smirked.

The room was silent until a certain orange-haired girl spoke up. "I will."

I turned around and realized the voice had belong to Misty was the one that said that. I eyed her with apprehension, but she just smiled at me reassuringly.

"Are you sure, Misty?" May asked in concern.

"Yep," Misty said with determination, "better to get it over with, right?"

"Alright then, Misty Waterflower, please come foreward," a staff announced and Misty stepped forward to the front of the room. The staff brought out a machine that looked like a portal. I'm guessing that we were going through that thing.

Not going to lie—that was kind of sketchy.

"This is a portal that connects to a software made by our company, it's like a virtual world but all your senses, emotions, and actions are reflected in a realistic manner." Delia paused. "In other words, death is entirely possible."
