Once Upon The Dream

Chapter 10

It's been a month since the talk, the fight, the other crap. I see that Tobias really does love me. But am I ready to be with him or even forgive him?
*****FlashBack*****
I see Tobias pulling out a rose and a small box. I receive the flower as he opens the box. It's a locket. I open it to see a picture of me and Tobias.
"Thank you so much Toby! I love it!" I say hugging him.
"I love you." I speak again.
"I love you more."  He says.
"Impossible." I reply.

I find the locket around my neck and open it. It still looks like it's new. I see the picture of me and Tobias. I feel tears falling down my face.
"I hate you Tobias." I sob.
"I love you more." I hear Tobias say.
I walk to the window where it leads to his room. I see him his face outside the window.
I sneak to his house from the window. He comes up and hugs me.
"Impossible." I sob again.
He sees the locket around my neck and says.
"You still have it."

"I never stopped loving you." I say.
I look up to him. And I crash my lips onto his. He's surprised at first but then kisses back. Our lips move in sync. I missed this. I missed Tobias. Even though, he hurt me. I still love him because he didn't know that it was a false rumor Nita made. Everybody makes mistakes. And sides, I don't live in the past, I live in the now. (The Spectacular Now. Hehe.).
I pull away to ask, "Wanna sleep over at my place?" I remember the story of his father. It started since he was 6. I remember how I found out.
*********FlashBack********
(This was a month after Tris and Tobias meet in second grade.)
I see Tobias drenched in blood.
"Toby, what happened to you?" I ask as I rush to him.
He grabs my arm and takes me all the way across town (for everyone who thinks it wrong, YOU DIRTY MINDED PEOPLE!).
"Toby, where are we going?" I ask.
"Don't worry, I'm with you Bea, I know where I'm going." He answers.
We go to this place. A hiding place.
"Promise you won't tell anyone?" He asks. I nod in reply.
He takes his shirt off and I see lashes of cuts.
"My dad, he abuses me. He's done this since my mom died. But she didn't really die." He says.
"How is she not dead when she is?" I ask.
"She faked her death. I saw her move her eyes." He explains.
I nod.
"Pinky promise you won't tell?" He asks.
"Pinky promise." I smile.

Back at Tris' house.

We are watching random shows or movies on netflix right now.
I look up at Tobias, who's now asleep. I turn off the TV.
I get up and realize, I need to change into my sleep wear.
I go and change.
"Beautiful." I hear Tobias mutter.
I gasp and turn around. I start blushing
"You scared me." I say while getting on my shorts and tank top.
"Oh, sorry." He says.
"It's fine." I reply.
I go to the bed with Tobias.
I kiss him. He kisses back. As soon as he deepens it, it becomes into a makeout session.
He goes to my jawline, then to my neck. He starts sucking on my neck which causes me to moan. I pull away before anything else happens.
"We have to go to sleep, we have school, sadly." I say. He groans in reply
"I love you." I say.
"Love you too." He replies back and kisses me.
And next thing you know,sleep takes over me.
