Hey this is going to be short but I really need help with meditation. So recently ive been trying to find things out about my theriotype like their name and age and stuff but every time I try to follow step by step tutorials on how to find your name and stuff it won't work.
It's because I will try to visualise my wall on my room but I can't visualise anything there and im just stuck not being able to fill my dark mind with anything than nothing. So because of this when it tells you to visualise a name on a wall after asking for your name I can't visualise the wall let alone letters on the wall which would take a lot of detail.
Does anyone have any tips I could use as it's really stressing me out now as I feel trapped that I can't find things out. Thanks
