Draco's POV

I awoke to a pounding headache, I really wasn't used to muggle alcohol. I opened my eyes and smiled at the man still sleeping on my chest. Harry really was attractive, his messy hair that was just the right length, his piercing green eyes and his scar that was now fading. I tore my eyes away from his lips - that were centimetres away from mine - and looked up to the top left corner of our room. An owl was hooting softly at the window - it was more of a vent to give air was we were in the dungeons. I was glad it wasn't making too much noise as it'd have made my headache worse. I reached for my wand and opened the window, a late September chill blew in with the owl and I smiled when Harry hugged me a little tighter.

The tawny owl landed on my bedside cabinet and waited as I slowly reached over, carefully removing the letter as not to wake Harry.

It was a letter from the ministry, my heart raced as I quickly tried to remember if I'd done anything to receive a letter and relaxed when I found that I hadn't really done anything since going out with Harry.

I carefully opened the letter and levitated it so I could read it while hugging Harry. I read it quickly and smiled happily. Harry would want to read this, I kissed Harry's lips softly to wake him. His eyes fluttered open and he smiled,
"Not a bad way to wake up." I laughed and immediately regretted it,
"How the hell don't you have a headache?" Harry smirked and made to kiss me again as I was massaging my temples,
"If I were you, I'd stop that and read this." I had to fight myself not to immediately kiss him back. I pulled myself up and rested my back on the headboard, Harry moved to sit in my lap and I passed him the letter.

I watch him fondly as he reads it aloud,
"Mr Malfoy,
Mrs Astoria Greengrass (Malfoy) would like to divorce Mr Draco Malfoy.
The Ministry of Magic will warrant this if both parties sign the forms attached.
Many thanks,
Romilda Vane
Head of the department of Marriages and Divorces."

I see Harry smile broadly at me and he flicks through the extra parchment that came with the letter. I watch as he summons a quill and ink, he turns and hands them to me, "Here."
"You must be joking." I take them from him and smile at his confused expression. "I've got other ideas..." I pull him towards me and kiss his neck. I smirk a little as he gasps when I kiss the scar on his jaw and he pulls me closer.

"Damn, we're late again!" This time I jump off Harry and rush to get changed. I search for a shirt while Harry watches me, already dressed and trying not to laugh.
"I've probably opened a can of worms now but..." I raise my eyebrow at the muggle expression and catch the skinny jeans and shirt Harry tossed me. I pull on the new jeans and smile proudly at Harry, he just laughs but I see a slight blush on his neck. I put on the white shirt with dark red elbow patches and laugh back at Harry. He's wearing my green sweater again and I'm wearing his shirt.
"We've swapped houses." I can't help agreeing with him,
"Imagine our kids' faces." He laughs and I pull him down the stairs, stuffing the ministry letter, quill and ink into my pockets. At the door he pulls me into a hug and I smirk at I feel his hands trail down to my hips.
"Remind me again why I bought you those jeans? I'm not going to be able to concentrate all day!" I laugh and kiss him quickly.

We bundle ourselves out of the doorway and read the rest of the letter. Soon, we were at the great hall and I put the parchment back into my pocket. We walked into the hall side by side, holding hands. We both looked at our sons, each one had their head in their hands. We sniggered and took our seats. I reached for an apple and took out the parchment, quill and ink again.
I read it once more, taking my time over the contract and finally signed my name beneath Astoria's.
I rolled up the contract and put it back safely, I'd post it later today. Harry slipped his arm around my waist and I leant into his shoulder. Penelope glared at us but Harry just chuckled. I smiled and returned to my breakfast.
