(At night, after having dinner, Vivek was sitting on a chair placed in front of the study table.Prince's laptop was open in front of him while he carefully went through the presentation slide by slide.
Meanwhile, Prince stood beside him silently, his hands clasped behind his back. He looked a little nervous too, considering Vivek was checking every single slide with complete attention and taking his own sweet time.
Arya, who knew very well how difficult it was to get approval from Vivek when it came to presentations or any serious work, was sitting nearby. She was trying hard not to giggle while watching Prince's nervous state.
The entire room was unusually silent. The only sound was the occasional click of the laptop's touchpad as Vivek moved from one slide to another.)
Vivek :Hmm.. Prince..!
Prince : Ha... Ha bhai?
Vivek : Beta, make sure there are no typing mistakes. I already pointed out two of them, so once we're done, check the remaining slides carefully too.
Baaki, you worked good on it. Well done.
(Prince visibly relaxed after hearing that. Even Arya looked surprised. She had honestly expected at least a few more rounds of corrections before Vivek approved it.)
Vivek : Haan, and as I said, you don't have to mention every single detail here. Some things should be explained by you during the presentation itself. Agar woh yahan slides mein nahi bhi hongi, to chalega.
Woh third slide mein tumne around fifteen points add kiye hain, jo basically circuits ki information hi hai. Usme se kuch points remove kar sakte ho. Presentation ke time tum unhe khud explain kar lena.
This is a presentation, not a thesis.
(Vivek said while lightly tapping the edge of the laptop with his finger before looking back at Prince.)
Pendrive mai iski copy hai?
Prince : Yes, bhaiya. Hai.
Vivek : Everything is done it means, it's perfect.Well done.
(Prince nodded and immediately looked at Arya. Both of them looked equally shocked that his work had been approved so quickly.
Catching her eye, Prince gave her a subtle wink. Arya instantly pressed her lips together to stop herself from laughing and started clapping slowly, clearly amused by the whole situation.
Prince straightened a little, looking far more relieved than he had a few moments ago, while Arya continued giggling under her breath.)
(Vivek gently pushed the laptop towards Prince and smiled.)
Arya : Itna jaldi to kabhi mera work bhi approve nahi hua.
Vivek : Dar ke aage jeet hai. He knew he can't mess up here.
Prince : (He giggled.) Haan, aapka kya hai bhabhi... Aap to help lene ke bahaane chahe to poora presentation hi bhai se banwa lo.
Main aisa nahi kar sakta na. Mere paas utni power kahan hai?
Arya : (She laughed softly before getting up from her place. Walking over to Prince, she gently tapped the top of his head.) But that's actually good for you. Cause see, this is showing how dedicated you are. Good job.
