[Monday morning.]
(The soft sunlight coming through the dining area windows gave the whole house a calm warmth. The clinking sound of spoons and plates echoed lightly as Vivek, Arya, and Uncle were having breakfast together.)
(Dressed neatly for office as always, Vivek quietly glanced once toward the staircase while taking a sip of his coffee.
Uncle immediately understood what was going on in his mind.)
Uncle : He's getting ready, don't worry. He's not sleeping.
(A faint smile appeared on Vivek's face. He gave a small nod and continued eating.
And just a minute later—
A loud, excited voice echoed from upstairs.)
Prince : Bhaiyaaa! Bhaiya!
(Everyone's attention instantly shifted toward the staircase.
Prince came running downstairs with pure excitement written all over his face. His black formal shirt and grey pants suited him surprisingly well, and his slightly messy hair made him look even more youthful.
He stopped right in front of Vivek with sparkling eyes.)
Prince : How am I looking, huh? Looking like you?
(For a second, Vivek simply looked at him.
And his eyes softened immediately.
There was something about seeing his little brother dressed formally for the first day that quietly melted his heart)
Vivek : You look amazing. Not like me, buddy... better than me.
(A proud little smile appeared on his face.)
Vivek : Too handsome.
(Prince's face lit up instantly.
Arya smiled warmly while looking at him.)
Arya : He's right. You really look amazing. And since you took little time to came downstairs tell me one thing my brother, how many pictures of yours, you sent to pooja?
(She said while giggling since she knows prince very well)
(Prince looked down shyly and scratched the back of his head.)
Prince : Hehe...just few...
(Uncle chuckled softly.)
Uncle : Now come and sit. Have your breakfast first.
(Prince nodded quickly and pulled the chair beside Vivek — his regular spot.
As soon as he sat down, another thought hit his mind.)
Prince : Oh! Bhaiya...
Vivek : Hmm?
Prince : Mere paas iske matching koi watch nahi hai...
(He looked down at his outfit with a disappointed expression.)
(Vivek leaned back slightly, thinking for a moment.)
(Vivek : Hmm... a simple classic watch with a black belt would look good?)
(Prince's eyes brightened immediately.)
Prince : Yes! Exactly!
Vivek : I'll give you one later. First finish your breakfast.
(Then he casually asked—)
Vivek : And are you coming with me?
(Prince immediately shook his head.)
Prince : No—I mean... Pratham ke saath aaunga.
(Vivek nodded calmly.)
Vivek : Sure. Fine.
(After taking his final bite, Vivek stood up from his chair and picked up his phone.)
Vivek : Come to my room once you're done.
