Megarioni (Pronounced Meg-Ari-oh-ni)
Megarioni was named after the two almighty gods that created Taynarch, Megan and Ari. Megarioni is the largest of the countries on Taynarch, and is near to the middle of the planet so the temperature doesn’t usually drop below 20 degrees Celsius.
The average weather on Megarioni is mostly freak lightning and thunder storms, rain and hail, yet no-one is ever harmed and the temperature is still mild.
The inhabitants of Megarioni are known as the Megarionians. In all, there are around four million Megarionians. Megarionians are usually peaceful people, but are seen as the ruling species of Taynarch. They eat plants and hunt small animals like rabbits, wolfs and other things like that. They eat fruits and hunted animals from other countries through trade. But three thousand years ago the trade was stopped after World War 234.
Megarionians grow their own crops on their land, such as wheat, maize, and corn. They also grow their own vegetables, potatoes, carrots, broccoli, parsnips, onions, cabbages and their own speciality, hejiggin. Hejiggin is the Taynarch equivalent of lettuce, only blue and with a sweeter taste. They are incapable of growing their own fruits due to the weather conditions, so they illegally trade with some merchants from other countries.
Megarionians are known for creativity, such as carving, constructing, sewing and music.
