Harvey Specter #2

You were sleeping nice and soundly, when you were rudely awoken by some jackass banging on your front door.

"WHAT THE HELL!" You shouted as you yanked open the door to your apartment.

"Well hello to you to" the voice of senior partner Harvey Specter said.

"Oh my god, Harvey I am so sorry for yelling at you, I didn't know who it was," you spoke " does Jessica need me to come into work, it's 2 in the morning, can't it wait a couple hours?"

"Nope, Jessica didn't send me here," he answered walking into your apartment "nice place by the way"

"Okay then.... Why are you here?" You questioned.

"Can't I just visit my favourite junior partner?" He asked you.

"Not in the middle of the night" you say, sitting beside him on your couch "how did you know where I live anyway?"

"That's a secret, if I tell you then I'd have to kill ya" he answered as he clumsily put one finger on his lips.

You knew that he was acting differently and you think you knew why.

"Where were you before you came here?" You asked.

"I was hanging out with Mike" he answered.

MIKE! God, you were going to kill that kid.

"So, by that you mean, you went to his house and smoked pot with him, because he is grieving over his dead grandmother." You said grumpily.

Harvey answered "awww, don't be mad that I didn't invite youu"

"That's not why I'm mad, you shouldn't be doing that when you both have to work in the morning."

"I'm the best damn closer in New York, I deserve a little ME time." He told you.

"Yeah, but your ME time is usually a bagel, a cup of coffee, and the walk back to your office, not smoking pot with Mike." You explained.

He then stood up and started walking over to the door.

"Where are you going?" You asked.

"Well you are being grumpy, I am going to go home" he answered.

You then stood up and grabbed his arms.

"Your not going anywhere, it is too dangerous for you to be walking around the city when you are like this"

You then put one of his arms over your shoulder and dragged him in the direction of your bedroom, you opened the door with your free hand, and brought him inside.

"You should at least by me dinner first." He wiggled his eyebrows suggestively.

You set him on the bed, ignoring his comment, and then went to get him another blanket. When you got back in he was already fast asleep.

"I guess I'm sleeping on the couch" you thought to yourself.

You then grabbed another blanket, and pillow for yourself, and went to the couch to sleep.

~NEXT MORNING~

You woke up to the sound of someone walking out of your room and down the hall. Then the one and only Harvey Specter walked into your living room, buttoning up his shirt cuffs.

" (Y/N), I am soooo sorry, I didn't know what I was doing" he blurted.

"Harvey, it is totally okay, I just didn't want you to go out and run into trouble, wouldn't want that pretty face of yours to get ruined now, would we" you teased.

"Oh really, you think..." He was going to say something else, but his phone went off.

"Yep, mhmm, I'm on my way" he spoke into the phone, while going towards the door.

"Sorry (Y/N), I gotta run, that was Jessica" he told you.

"No problem, have fun with Jessica" you said.

"Yeah, he showed up at my apartment, stoned out of his mind, it was crazy" you whispered to your friend Donna.

"And you really said that comment about his face being pretty?" She asked you excitedly.

"Yeah, it just kind of slipped out, not that it isn't true" you answered.

"I know right, my face is pretty awesome" you heard from behind you, it was him.

You and Donna turned around to look at him, and Mike who was right beside him, like always.

"Yeah, but then you open your mouth" Mike said from beside him.

"You do know that I CAN fire you right?" Harvey said.

Mike shut his mouth after that, and walked away.

"(Y/N), can I talk to you for a second, in my office?" He asked you.

"Yes, of course Mr.Specter" you said out of respect, he was a senior partner after all.

"Just call me Harvey, I think we've reached that point" he told you as you guys walked into his office.

"Okay then, Harvey, what did you want to talk to me about?" You questioned.

"Actually, I wanted to ask you, if you would like to join me for dinner tonight?" He asked.

"I would love to, Harvey" you answered.

"Meet me outside at 7:00, we will go from there" he said, kissing your cheek.
